If I'm around half way doon Florida...I could just run straight up to Canada, even swim that big pond for a shortcut. Or I could just go roon the Southern states to Mexico...close, if that map is proportional.

What's this talk of swimming, I assumed you could walk on water! Run across lake Michigan to Canada or even batter run across the gulf of Mexico and before you know it you'll be in Mexico.

Hate not being able to exercise.

Just treating it as a forced deload week but it's killing me.

I swear take one week off from the gym and the body dysmirophia goes into overdrive.

Yeah it's mad how your mind plays tricks on you when you take any time off. I feel I look small and pudgy when I do.

But on the flip side when coming back it usually only takes me one or two workouts to make me thing I look good again and I'm walking around thinking I look like Thor or something lol.

Having not worked out for a full week (come at me, @Smudger) i have to say it's been fuckin brilliant. Literally not missed it at all. In fact, it's just reinforced how much i fuckin hate working out. Absolute chore.

Yeah pretty much spot on lol.

Nah, dae I fuck.

It's only been a week though and I will get the fat feels soon. Although, I'm hoping to offset that with the sprints routine.
I go for my third eye appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping they say sweat will no longer blind me.

Sweat coming out your third eye is weird but you don't need to aim it towards your eyes ffs.
I remember when my mum stopped breastfeeding me but my dad insisted I would still need feeding from his third eye.

God that brings back dark memories.

Done sprints on the treadmill today.

Just naw as good. You can't really go 100% and the treadmill takes most of the hamstring and glute effort out of it.

Anyway, done 10 x 20 seconds at max incline (15) and speed 10 (mph, i assume). 40 seconds rest in between.

The i wanted to do flat ones but the top speed is only 12mph which isn't a proper sprint for me. Not that I knew this, obvs. So I done 20 seconds and it was easy, so then done 30 seconds, then 40, then 50 the 60 with the same amounts of seconds rest for each then i worked back down to 20 reducing rest periods to be the same as the time i was going to run.

Running on a treadmill just isn't running though. Different exercise.

Really tough deadlift session today. Did a 10 rep max with 115kg, which was pure torture. My form went to shit over the last few reps because I was just so tired. The weight wasn't the issue but the sheer number of reps on this workout had me feeling utterly drained.

Deadlift 10 rep max @115kg - 10 reps completed
Deadlift 2x6 @115kg / AMRAP @115kg - 6 reps completed / AMRAP @115kg - 3 reps completed
Front squats 4x10 /@46kg
B Stance Squat 3x15 @29kg superset with Narrow Grip Pull Ups 3x15
Single Leg Extensions 3x20 11kg superset with RDL's 3x20 @24kg
Pull Ups 3x15 superset with EZ BB Curl 3x20 @21kg

OHP and Slingshot Bench session today, did 10 rep max with 43kg on OHP and 10 rep max with 69kg on Slingshot bench.

That's my first week done on this block of training which I am glad is over, hate high rep work and every workout was brutal this week. Next week isn't much better to be honest as it will be 8 rep max tests and 18 reps for most of the assistance work.

OHP 10 rep max test @43kg - 10 reps completed
OHP 2x6 @44kg / AMRAP @44kg 9 reps completed / AMRAP @44kg 7 reps completed
Legs Up bench 4x10 @46kg
Slingshot Bench 4x10 @69kg
Push Press 3x15 @26kg
OH Tricep Extension 3x20 @5kg superset with Lateral Raises 3x20 @2.5kg
Rear Delt Flyes 3x20 @6.5kg superset with DB Flyes 3x20 @13kg

5K run this morning in 26:43.

Legs and lower back were still really sore from this weeks workouts so this wasn't an easy run, lower back was especially sore.

Am now up to 138lbs on my bulk which was a little faster than I expected, so will need to drop cals a little for rest of bulk and hopefully I won't gain too much fat. Though love handles are definitely beginning to show now.

Over a week of gym rest to sort this tendonitis completely set back after having to shovel and lift around 3 tonne of saw dust and muck yesterday. Shoveling was ok but lifting the 30 bags at around 200lb each have fucked it.
