What you shoveling for mandy.

I've started focusing on shoulders now, never had a shoulders day always thrown them in here and there, numbers are flying because its almost like I've never made them a priority. Managed 50kg dumbells per hand for 7 reps yesterday which is actually a huge pb, previously I think I had done around 44kgx6 ish, hoping I can get the 50sx10 in the new month or so

Got two oak trees and some other tree removed and the stumps ground. Cunts never even removed all the shit. Prick even had the nerve to tell me sawdust is a good fertilizer when it's exactly not. It's the opposite as it removes the nitrogen from the soul as it degrades so nothing will grow wherever it has been. So I had to get rid of it all.

5 hours solid hard graft, ffs. Probably the worst job I've ever had to do.

Tried to add weight to ring push ups but the plate fell off my back. I much prefer ring push ups because I feel like I can isolate my chest way more than a normal push up, the only problem is I'm at the point where I need to add weight or extra resistance some how, but apart from putting a weight on my back I'm lost.

Also have no hot water at home and been showering at the gym after workouts. Fucking hell fire, my cock is like an acorn after working out ffs. Now everyone in the gym who previously must have thought I was an absolute God amongst men knows me as the guy with the micro penis.

On the micro penis, not only do i get that (shrivels up to about 9", ffs) but I'm incapable of boning for at least 30 minutes afterwards. Just can't even get it up.

Nah, but I was thinking exactly that when I was looking around trying to create something.

I don't think I have that problem. Caught myself in the mirror leaving the shower room and got a semi so I think I'm OK. Might bring a mirror in the shower with my next time tbh.

When I used to do weighted push ups as a part of my routine, I used to just get a back back and fill it with weights. Though be aware after a while it will fuck up your back pack.

Squats today managed 84kg for an 8 rep max. I think I could of added a bit more weight but the idea of another set with all the volume I had to come just put me off. Overall the session was another tough one, it was just one of those heavy gravity days where everything felt heavy even the warm up sets.

Couldn't get in the gym until just after 10 tonight, but no chance I was missing my workout.

Week off has actually done me good, felt stronger today today.

Hit 1 set of 20 on every exercise with a 90 second sprint in between sets

All done with dumbbell pairs.

Flat Bench 20kg
Pullover 20kg(1)
Incline Bench 15kg
Incline Fly 7.5kg
Decline Bench 15kg
Decline Fly 7.5kg
Kickback Right 7.5kg(1)

Must admit I've really missed the feeling of a completed workout.

Especially because I'm actually following a long term plan now rather than just doing something for 10 weeks and then changing it up to do something else.

Pushed myself harder today than I have in a while as well.

For example some of the sets I easily could have stopped at 16, but instead I kept going till I hit the 20th and I think next week I'll hit 20 on some more lifts despite increasing the weight.

Incidentally I've dropped 2.4kg so technically the strength gain is even more than it would be, but I think due to the fact I've just been exercising instead of training for the last 4/5 years, I still have loads more newbie gains in me.

Why will it fuck it up? I have an old back pack I could use anyway. It's just taking it into the gym and stuffing plates in there without looking suspicious is what's worrying me tbh.

It fucked up my back pack. I ended up loading with all the weight I could fit in it and I was also using it for pull ups and in the end the bag couldn't take the weight and ended up slowly ripping at the seams.

Lol yeah it would look suspicious at first for sure.

Another option is to do Archer push ups on the rings.

Oh that looks good actually, I'd be worried they would bring in more muscles to the equation though. I can imagine myself using my arms and shoulders more than chest until I get strong and comfortable enough with the movement.

I personally never liked any of gym sharks clothing, never got the big deal with them. I think their womens line in very popular but for men their clothing is wank.

Not sure why you can't use link, works for me, I even tried in a non chrome browser and wasn't logged in and still worked for me.

They're popular for both men and women. The whole bullshit around them just annoys me, it's almost like a cult on social media. Proper weird behaviour from people trying to get sponsored by them like that's the pinnacle of life. And yeah, their clothes aren't anything out of the ordinary. There's multiple brands that do what they do with better quality and lower prices. Plus who the fuck wants to walk around with something that says GymShark on it? Fucking gymshark? And a logo of a fucking shark. It's like a 10 year old came up with it. Might as well just have NONCE written in big bold letters ffs.
