Anyone on here done gear?

I've done a couple of cycles before. I did blood work before during and after cycles to check all my hormone levels are normal'ish (except for testosterone of course) everything has always been fine but every time I've done test even trt levels I faced lethargy and even on low doses I noticed a lot of water retention. I've done some research apparently there's is a thing called hyper responders or something where even a small amount of exogenous test makes your body react heavily

I'm too much of a hypochondriac pussy bitch ass to do any sort of PED in all honesty. I'd constantly be expecting myself to drop dead at any moment, I'd be an anxious mess.

If I could get a sympathetic doc to give me a script I'd be on board for sure.
I reckon once I'm done having kids and I'm nearing 40 I'll see if I can get prescribed trt. From what I've heard it's not actually that hard to get, my natural test is around average for my age, if not a bit low. So by the time I'm in my late 30s, I've had kids and I've turned into a full time bitch for work and family, my test levels should be through the floor.

Decent session there, man. Was supposed to do it yesterday but was hungover to fuck. Bought these hangover pills that I've found help a lot but they didn't arrive until yesterday morning, ffs. Meant to take them the night you drink.

Got fitba later which I'll be a bit fucked for but spastics and all that...won't really matter. Doesn't matter how for you are when you have retards taking throw ins either right at neck height of bouncing it right at you.

Also writing my sessions down again. Still using the app but having it written down seems to help for some reason, man.

If I was inclined to do PED's the thing would put me off is the needles. I don't mind needles as long as someone else it jabbing it into me, but the idea of stabbing myself, nah I'll pass on that.

Also not being able to drink alcohol would annoy me. I don't even drink that often but if I am out and socializing I want a drink.

Gonna risk an OHP session tomorrow, back feels OK. I've spent the last week doing fuck all, while it's nice having the free time in the evenings, I'm honestly getting bored of just watching Netflix or spending time on forums talking shit.

I got to use a hyperextension bench when I was working away and I’m fucking sold. Going to get myself one that folds up for storage because I haven’t got the room for a decent one.

I only did 3x10 at the end of a fairly light deadlift and pullup session and my fucking glutes and lower back had new levels of DOMs the next day. The dodgy bit of my lower back also feels better in the extreme positions where it normally aches.

Anyone else use these?

Yeah, I use it before deadlifts to properly warm up my lower back. I only do one set with bodyweight though.

I use a gym ball for this exercise, or sometimes I do like a kneeling good morning.

But I always feel a bench would be better, just don't think it would be better enough to justify me actually buying it.

I found this so much better than good mornings because on the bottom part of the rep I can completely relax and I can feel my spine separating like when I hang from a pullup bar, which is apparently really good for a bad back, and then at the top of the rep you can hold for two seconds and literally feel everything tense rock solid, hamstrings, glutes, lower back, erector things, and upper back.

At the top of a good morning you’re just stood upright with no strain on anything. I’m sure good mornings are much better for piling weight on and getting gainz on hamstrings and lower back, but I pretty much felt the actual health benefits of the roman chair, in terms of back pain, after one session.

I wish I had the space for one of those, even a foldable one, I just don't know where I would out it. But if I had the space I'd definitely want one, hell if I had the space I'd have spend a stupid amount of money on gym equipment, so maybe it's good I don't have the space, lol.

In America its not hard but if you're in the UK good luck. Even when they do prescribe it, it is extremely low amounts.

I’m very selective over the kit I buy for that exact reason, my fucking shed is tiny, but I’ll bin something to make room for this because it genuinely helped with that back pain that I’ve had for fucking ten years or more, on and off.

Back on it today did OHP session, went fine, everything felt heavy but with me taking 8 days off and lifting inconsistently for a week before that, that's to be expected.

My back felt OK but it's still not 100%, meant to do heavy squats tomorrow but will warm up, see how I feel and probably just do some lighter squats for higher reps and work on my form.

Weighed myself for the first time in ages, surprisingly not gained any weight, still 138lbs, but my waist and arms are bigger so I definitely put some fat on there, probably lost some muscle and gained fat so weight stayed the same. This bulk this year has been a disaster with injury and being burned out. I had hoped to cut down to 135lbs in the summer and be as lean as I was last year but at a higher weight I suspect I'll have to cut down to around 132lbs again or close to it to get lean. Feels like I've wasted a year in terms of physique, but at least I am stronger.
