Been back at the gym the past 3 days now. Feels oh so good. DOMs are a bit mental though, despite being active enough for the past month or two now is it? Well whatever, still going back now and doing some movements feels weird as fuck. Just doing lat pulldowns had me feeling like I was using muscles I didn't know I had.

Down to 73kg now and I've had enough. Upping the cals a bit and will be eating at around maintenance to try lean bulk. Cue me in a few months weighing 80kg again calling myself a fat cunt wishing I just kept cutting a bit more. Can't handle it though, I'm skinny as fuck and not enjoying it so fuck it.

It's around 90/32 just now. It definitely makes a difference though.

I even remember in the rare occassion I'd have a match in Scotland in nice weather, even just high teens, and the tempo of the game was noticeably slower. Factor in humidity and, like you say, as wet as Smudger stalking your old Insta.
I couldn't cope in 32, the old gym I was at had equiptment outside so in summer it was great but on the rare days the temp got over say 22 I'd really struggle with fitness

You ain't skinny, I think you have some decent size you just cant see it, I dunno why but before I knew what you looked like I thought you'd be fairly skinny but you are well built.

Going back to the gym is gonna be so fuckin weird, it'll likely be about 20 weeks out by the time we get back in

I'm looking OK naked but in clothes I'm skinny mate. There's no way I can disguise being 6ft and 73kg. Naw. For my mental health I need to stop and look decent in clothes again.

The best thing to do then is probably just post nudes.

The clothes thing is very true though, myself included, some guys looks slimmish when wearing ts and stuff but when it comes off you're like dayyyyum where you been hiding that (no homo)

I think you needed a no homo immediately after your first sentence as well.

I'm trying to master overhead squats and ring muscle ups so I can increase the wods I can do.

Just can't get this overhead squat at all, man. Lots of things can prevent it such as ankle, knee, hip or shoulder immobility.

Watched a few videos and pretty sure I have poor ankle, knee, hip, and shoulder mobility so that's a solid starting position.

Muscle ups are much easier. Just that false grip is uncomfy as fuck but think I've nailed it. Just need to take the rings outside for the extra height.

20 minutes finished .

That's exactly how it feels. I'm trying with the bar but it's far too heavy for me. I'm failing at every point.

Can't get the depth because of my ankles. Can't engage my glutes cos of my knee position, keep bending forward cos of my hips and can't keep the bar locked out cos of my shoulders. Literally every aspect is a mess and a 45lb bar just exposes everything even worse. Have a bit of PVC pipe in the garage I'll practice with.

Really want to learn them as they feel like an awesome full body move. I was puffed out tae fuck doing 4x12 pure shitey wee quarter rep abortions, ffs.
