How often will you use the bike do you think

I've just bought a bodymax b2 spinbike, I'm gonna give it the gf to use till I start a cut but it'll make things loads easier
I’m planning on using it most days for short periods, and then on my ‘cardio day’ I’ll do longer.

Interesting to see how it effects your weight without too much effort being put in, I think it'll help with recovery too.
90% of the reason I wanted it was to improve my fitness ready for when I got back to BJJ, but yeah it should help lose some blubber.

A few of the lads I train with are going fucking insane but they’re blue belts so they’ve actually got a few skills to lose.

I’ve forgotten everything I knew but luckily that was only about 3 things, so it doesn’t seem that much of a loss. I definitely miss it though.

Invented a new exercise that I seen on YouTube

Called a deadlift row. Kind of a variation of a pendally row in that the bar is reset on the floor between reps but rather than strict row form you actually deadlift it up to normal row height then complete the row, reset, go again.

Left me absolutely fucked and I'm feeling them today.

Just a way to include some additional lower back work.

So I've taken two week off tracking calories due to being on holiday. Drank pretty much every day, ate everything in sight.

Put on 7kg.

That means you were on a calorie surplus of 1750 per day, if your maintenance was 2500 then you were consuming an average of 4250 cals per day!

I have a big appetite but damn even I'd struggle to eat that much every day.

If it makes you feel any better my last holiday I spent 10 days in France, having french patisserie for breakfast, bread, cheese and charcuterie for lunch then BBQ meats for dinner along with copious amounts of wine and beer and gained a whopping 1kg, lol. Felt like a right fat fuck you could barely see my 6 pack!

That's pretty fucking impressive luf, as Rakim said that's a huge amount on top of maintenance. A lot of water retention. Just go back to what you were doing and it'll drop off quick enough.

My daily intake is 3200 at the min, highest I've ever been on consistently is 5000cal and i had to eat 2 burger Kings a day to get that in
