Yeah, my shitty outdoor shed is freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. It’s bullshit.
Thankfully I'm from Yorkshire and we are made of tough stuffThe idea of lifting outside with how cold it has been recently sounds like a real pain in the ass. Have you considered getting some kind of outdoor heater, it's something I'd want but then I'm a southern pansy.
WTF will you do if it rains, the idea of deadlifting with a wet barbell sounds like a ball ache.
I remember doing this one day in the summer. It was like 5 minutes to midnight and I forgot I needed 2000 steps or something. I started marching round my house with my missus thinking I'd gone insane.Talk about motivation, I'm currently doing laps of my kitchen, I'm a on a paltry 5000 steps for the day and I've hit 10000 every day this year, so I'm spending the next hour walking round the same room.

Man every time you put your numbers I see them and I'm like "yeah same ball park as me, all is good"Bench session today. Hit my target on 5 rep max but couldn't complete my back of sets or my sets of Spoto bench. Will need to adjust my training max on Spoto bench.
