  • CHB will be closing down as of 31st July 2021. It's been a brilliant experience to run the website for the past 9 years, however it's time for me to move onto different projects. Thanks to every single person involved, from staff, former staff, posters old and current. All support means more than anyone knows. Thanks for your understanding.

Yesterday I did my last day 3 workout of the cycle.

Hit 6 reps I think my AMRAP at 68.5kg which I was buzzing with.

Today was a bodyweight workout.

Pull Ups 3x8
Push Ups 3x45
Dips 3x15.

So you can do 8 pull-ups but only 15 dips? Pull-ups are much harder for me than dips. I just started training them after not doing any for ~10 years. I can do only 2 underhand and 2 overhand.
