V sit-ups with arms outstretched, start lying down arms behind you holding the ball, perform a full v situp making the ball touch your toes, perfect form and down. repest

Skip every day. Do some core work with your medicine ball every day. Do some bodybuilding for arms with the band. Free weights load up on things like squats of some sort, pressing over your head if you can, and also some throws with the ball is a good one.
Yeah in September mate. Heriot Watt in Edinburgh. It's a campus uni so everything is in the one place. Halls, classes, gym, canteen, shops, student union. Even a mosque. Gym will literally be around the corner and works out at like 20p a day for a years membership. Can get into 4 2 hours boxing classes a week for £15 a year too. Push ups - 25, 25, 25, 25
Wide grim push ups - 25, 25, 25, 25
Resistance band overhead press - Going to try make it so I do 5 sets of aiming for 15
Dumbell one handed floor press - Will pick out a weight when I'm through there. Hopefully something I aim for doing 5 sets of 15 per arm
Lunges holding a dumbbell (will say weight after) - 100 each leg
Bodyweight squats - 3 sets of 100.
I could end up doing more or less, this is just a rough idea for somebody to suggest things I add or take away?
