That gator looked more like an iguana in size and it was not great shakes saving that pup from it. Not enough gator hide in that baby to make a wallet and a kids belt, but he did get in there and save his pup, so good on him.
Impressive grip strength. Even those small fuckers have good bite pressure.
Yeah that was a baby gator. If it was a midsize gator that puppy would have been lunch whether he tried to save it or not. That gator looked more like an iguana in size and it was not great shakes saving that pup from it. But, I'd be willing to bet if it was a 6+ footer, it probably would have been a different story.
Or be relocated to Portland and Seattle. What do gators bring to the ecosystem in the US?
I find it bizarre that massive gators are allowed to live in areas with popular golf courses and theme parks.
All gators and snakes should be culled in areas where humans live.

Oh fuck!!
It looks like something faulty in the roadway at an expansion joint caused the tire of the white van to blow out that caused all that carnage.Oh fuck!!
Any more context on this?
Looks to me the trucks front right hand tyre blew out which started it all.
Did the people in the car survive?
According to the site everybody lived. They were all lucky they were wearing their seatbelts. It looks like something faulty in the roadway at an expansion joint caused the tire of the white van to blow out that caused all that carnage.
If anyone survived in that car, it would be a miracle with the way it flipped on the overhead roadway and then plummeted to the area below the road.

Seatbelts used to be ass in the US. They weren't adjustable or comfortable. Seatbelts in modern cars are far less intrusive aside from the DING DING DING warning when someone isn't wearing their belt.Seat belts save lives!!!
I've never understood why it seems to be such common practise in the US to not where them.
I was at the scene of a semi that flipped on its side at an intersection a few years back. I got there after it flipped and watched out of curiosity to see how they were going to get it upright. That's amazing. I worked in emergency services for over 20 years and I too saw miraculous things when it came to auto accidents. Some total wrecks and all people lived and other wrecks looking like medium fender benders and people maimed and killed. I guess if it's your time, then there's nothing you can do about it.
