Posters without avatars. Should they be banned or ostracized?

This place looks like a kid's alphabet chart with all the colored letters. How hard is it to put up an avatar? It takes about 30 seconds.

Should posters without avatars be straight up banned? Or given a deadline to get one and then banned or ostracized if they don't? Or doesn't it matter to you?
