What shape are you in? And have you fought before?
Two weeks isn't ideal, obviously, but if you're in reasonable shape already, you should be able to build/alter your stamina up enough to get through a 3x2 bout. I think the main issue is if it's your first fight, as you'll be burning off a lot of nervous energy. And while you will be conscious of not being in the best shape stamina-wise, any plan to conserve energy will likely be thrown out the window once you start fighting.
