Get a can of cannaleni beans

Drain and dry em

Coat in olive oil and spices of your choice (I like salt, pepper and garlic, u can use curry or salt n vinager or whatever)

Bung in the oven for about half an hour

2gm fat
10gm protein
130 calories

Per serve

Taste good and cheaper and 100x healthier than crisps or whatever

Exactly, two packets a day and you're sorted.

Or you can do what I do and sometimes eat about 4 packs in a row to make up for the days you miss.

Why the fuck would you put canned cannellini in for 30 minutes? You could make the same meal in 3 minutes and it'd be fine.

How about get a sweet potato, cut into wedges, drizzle in olive oil, dust with paprika and put in the oven for 30 mins , yum yum

Because you are roasting them, so they come out nice and crunchy

if you did it for 3 minutes, they'd just be fucking normal cooked beans
