This isn’t the last series, more to comeI hope this isn't the last WBSS. They've put on some excellent fights but they seem to have struggled to get the big international broadcasters to buy into the series. I think they should change the platform to online only, run it themselves and allow customers from any country to pay by the fight (premium charge) or buy the entire series at a discount.
Don’t know anything about that but don’t the Americans have some unusual rules,or she been associating with Dillian WhyteI wouldn't expect her to be from a boxing standpoint, tbh.
Although I've just seen on Boxrec that she's suspended by the NYSAC, which is unusual for the winner isn't it? Is it because of Persoon's appeal maybe?
Yes. I am sure people aren't underestimating Prograis, I think everyone knows this is tough well-matched bout for both guys.If you move this over to the WBF, I'm sure it'll be a lot more representative.
Eveybody from the first season said the money involved was ridiculous, even if they've scaled it back this season I'm guessing there is still big money there for fighters like Taylor and Prograis.Unless he has a genuine pay dispute or something then this is a real disappointment.
If the WBSS are honouring their commitments then so should he.
Two opponents now that have threatened to pull out before facing Taylor. Must be the possibility of fighting in Scotland.
Kalle said the WBSS contracts are pretty watertight after the last potential pull out, so hopefully this goes ahead.
2 million for Prograis I read.Eveybody from the first season said the money involved was ridiculous, even if they've scaled it back this season I'm guessing there is still big money there for fighters like Taylor and Prograis.
I reckon Prograis just doesn't fancy the job in Scotland...
