I need to get my left knee looked at when the whole covid thing dies down a bit.Yea. I should have been more proactive, back in March. I've got a forever recurring chondromalacia patella issue. So my running suffers in that I have to keep the knee braced with a monster of a brace. Still should be running as it is the best kind of cardio to keep me motivated to move forward. I also let myself get demotivated that I can't really lunge or squat without it hurting like a bitch. My knee tracks like shit, and really I need to get my legs strong again and make sure that I keep it from flaring.

It's not sore, but I am aware of it when I'm doing certain exercises. Feels like there is a weakness there.
I used to do a lot of running and football (soccer), so it will have wear and tear. I still do some light running, but I focus on more on high intensity circuits and lifting now.
I'm trying to avoid any exercises that put too much strain on it, and I've got a light knee brace as well. So fingers crossed it holds up.
