I see what you’ve done here. You’ve noted my exceptional and faultless predictions record and thrown a banana skin in. Well, you’re not going to trip me up just because I’ve got no bulges to assist with my prediction.

Scary J Blige wins this one.

Peter scored a fairly heavy knockdown in the third, but he is looking bad. Probably four points up with three rounds to go.

Round and about
I suppose it was a decent scrap. I've had enough womens boxing for the time being though. Good luck to them but for me, just as in tennis, football etc, it's an entirely separate sport to the mens version.

There was too big of a quality difference between them, which again goes back to the lack of depth in the division (and women's boxing in general).

And now she has beat Hammer, where does Shields go? Due to the lack of credible opposition, she may never have a bigger fight in her career.

Yah it was okay, was shocked at how bad Hammer was, her co-ordination was shocking at times.

It did good viewing figures in the US compared to other ShoBox shows:

"Nielsen Media Research viewership figures released Tuesday revealed that the Shields-Christina Hammer fight drew a peak audience of 369,000 viewers Saturday night. Average viewership for their 10-round middleweight title unification fight was 339,000.

While her victory over Hammer on Saturday night didn’t draw more viewers than Shields’ prior performance on Showtime, the viewership was higher than Showtime’s first four “ShoBox” telecasts of 2019. Each of those four shows aired on Friday nights.

Saturday’s viewership also was the second-highest for a “ShoBox” broadcast in the past two years, behind only Shields’ defeat of Hanna Gabriels last year."

I don't follow womens boxing much, if at all.
