There's only one Ireland, mate.*Northern Ireland
This, exactly. Same with some other things that I’m sure you and I could go back and forth about. Everything is fine until some retards want to push the issue. Personally I don’t really give a fuck about abortion as it doesn’t impact me, but we’re talking about murdering people now, not a bundle of cells or whatever you want to call it, and that’s indefensible. They are simply countering the new full term abortion legislations. Before then, liberals and conservatives were begrudgingly coexisting on a 40 year compromise, but now here we are...
I do agree that they gray area is the correct place to be here, but the extremes that each side have taken have created an interesting moral dichotomy...This, exactly. ... Will there be more outrage over killing full term babies, or over the outright banning of abortion?
We shall see.
Thoughts? The concept of extracorporeal support of the fetus is appealing due to the analogy with innate fetal physiology, in which extracorporeal gas exchange is maintained by the placenta. However, the development of an ‘artificial placenta’ has been the subject of investigation for over 50 years, with only limited success. The primary obstacles have been progressive circulatory failure due to preload or afterload imbalance imposed on the fetal heart by oxygenator resistance and pump-supported circuits, the use of open fluid incubators resulting in contamination and fetal sepsis and problems related to umbilical vascular access resulting in vascular spasm. To address these obstacles we have designed a system consisting of three main components, specifically, a pumpless arteriovenous circuit, a closed fluid environment with continuous fluid exchange and a new technique of umbilical vascular access. Here we demonstrate that extreme premature fetal lambs can be consistently supported in an extracorporeal device for up to 4 weeks without apparent physiologic derangement or organ failure. These results are superior to all previous attempts at extracorporeal support of the extreme premature fetus in both duration and physiologic well-being.
It's fascinating, but isn't that what this is all about? As technology continues to progress, the term 'viability' becomes harder to define, and any compromise that we do reach just becomes more arbitrary than it had already been. My belief Is liberals were well aware of the technological advances being made and wanted to push radical legislation before the lines were blurred even further. An artificial womb used to help premature lambs fully develop after birth
Well, pregnancy is always dangerous for the mother. At what point is it to dangerous give birth to the baby? There is no hard statistics on how dangerous it is for some woman. But they are trying to convince woman to have abortions, it’s a huge business.[/QUOTE]Speaking on behalf of not only most Americans but the vast, vast majority of people on the planet, not only yes but fuck yes. People are selfish cowards by and large.
Fucking insane. Absolutely insane.Alabama woman Marshae Jones has been indicted by a grand jury over the death of her unborn baby after she was shot in the stomach when she was five months' pregnant.
- Marshae Jones's unborn baby died after she was shot in the stomach during a fight with another woman
- Authorities allege Ms Jones initiated the fight and therefore bears responsibility for the miscarriage
- Charges against the shooter have been dropped
This is meant to be one of those nutty feelings you have when you see a reprehensible crime on TV.That’s debatable. I wouldn’t mind seeing death sentences being handed down to child molesters, for instance.
Shut up, you pussy. This is meant to be one of those nutty feelings you have when you see a reprehensible crime on TV.
Thankfully we all readjust our emotions and let common sense prevail.
Unless. You're a Yankee nutcase whose switch is only set to extreme. It's frightening the amount of extremism is rising in the US. It isn't a good forecast at all for things to come.
