Just some video of yesterdays work. I'm the old (48 this August) taller guy. I've only sparred this young man a few times and he's always got gas to spare and he's entirely to fast for me but it's a good workout.
Good work mate, a good little workout for both of you. How long have you been boxing? Just a couple of pointers, don't cross your feet when you're moving forward, you do it a number of times and when you do that, you will lose your balance when punching or trying to avoid punches.
Also, the guy you're sparring is a spoiler, he has talent, but he isn't very confident, he just moves and moves and looks to frustrate you into mistakes rather than force the fight himself. Unless he's just playing around and taking it easy on you?
Work on feinting your jab more and then throwing it longer and with more authority, the trick to this is let him dip and bob and weave with your feints then he when he brings his head up you step in with the jab and your other punches, I know this is easier said than done, but keep practising. Also, eep him at longer distance, where you can make him move around the ring alot and let him wear himself out.

The guy I’m sparring is certainly playing with me, out of the 15 or so guys there, he is the best all-around boxer I’ve sparred. Some have more power but he has a little of it all I think.
I’m 195lbs (13.93 Stone?) and compared to him I feel like I’m fighting in mud because he’s so fast.
The gloves are 18 ounces but they’re very puffy. I don’t have much, but I do hit hard so coach always has me wear them.
