The Le Mans 24 Hour race is on Eurosport
Yeah we get a feed on motor trend which is a backwater channel but comes with my package. Had it last year too. Before that it was on fox and we were lucky to get the first hour, the last hour and 4 or 5 overnight here

Well Toyota won, by several laps over the nearest competitor no surprise there. However the faster car all day had a puncture on back to back laps handing the win to the sister car.

Toyota seems to be cursed in france

I'm surprised that rallying doesnt take more drivers, and fans. Or maybe I just dont hear about it. Rip
I think it's a case of not hearing about it, while safety has increased in rallying, you don't go many years without a death in the sport, 3 spectators were killed in a rally in Scotland not all that long ago.

Rallying, as a spectator is ropey as fuck.

I've been to plenty around Ireland, standing inches away from the road as a car hurtles by at 130mph on a narrow windy road. Fucking madness.

I've just read that Michael Dunlop was racing a Ford Escort MK2 at Donegal and that he and his co-driver have suffered "serious injuries" in a separate accident too.

This is a couple of years old but has just gone up on youtube a couple of months ago and is a good watch if you have a spare 90 minutes.

Try looking at the IOM TT, Crean, that's complete and utter madness. Blokes on bikes chucking out daft speeds on roads like you and me walk down on a daily basis.

I've never been, just seen loads of footage of it. I'll be there next year.

Michael Dunlop is riding at Armoy with a broken fucking pelvis, hobbling around on crutches after his accident 3 weeks ago, but qualified 4th for tomorrows racing. There's some big fucking jumps at Armoy too.

German Grand Prix later today. A damn shame they felt the need to change the track from the old hockenheim track. Those 3 long straights were great. Now all we have is a fucking generic, standard, character-less Herman Tilke designed cookie cutter track. Boring.

Some respects the new track is better imo. But I loved the set up compromise the original had. F1's current aero and tire package is garbage
