I am very much a novice when it comes to women's boxing. Don't know enough yet to predict how far she can go.

Happy she is building a profile though, the more "characters" you start to see in women's boxing the bigger and more enjoyable it will get.

As a boxing fan I am happy to see any growth in the sport, and I have really been enjoying the female game over the past couple of years.

Considering a lot of her fan base is (seemingly) built from those who find her attractive, I'll politely say that I don't get it...

Does nothing for me either.

Strange reason to like a fighter, but if that is what you are basing your decision on, then I would think there are some more obvious candidates out there.

Still, each to their own I guess.

As someone who lives in Watford, I can defo say she has the “Watford look”.

Kinda chavy, really average, not naturally pretty at all, with a shit ton of make up, bad hair extensions and an attitude like she thinks she’s Gigi Hadid (couldn’t think of anyone else, lol).

Also she quite clearly thinks a lot of herself and that she’s made it already. As Southpaw says, it’ll be funny when she gets beat.

I mean, that pro debut opponent was quite literally a 50 year old Indian midget woman, who didn’t look like she knew what boxing actually was? It was embarrassing.

She also basically has one combo which ends with the left hook to the body.

Yeah, I lived in London for a few years and there were a lot of girls with that look in certain areas.

There is nothing wrong with that, it's just she looks so normal I can't imagine why anyone would get themselves all worked up?

Particularly online, I mean you pretty much have the choice of everyone in the civilised world to pester, and you pick someone who wouldn't look out of place working in the perfume department of your local boots?

The first opponent was a joke. Hope she does well though. I have been enjoying female boxing a lot recently. Most of the televised cards this year have been quite samey and it breaks the monotony.

Would prefer 3 minute rounds, but I assume their must be some good reason it's only 2. Safety I assume.
