We're only making plans for Nigel
We only want what's best for him
We're only making plans for Nigel
Nigel just needs this helping hand

And if young Nigel says he's happy
He must be happy
He must be happy in his work
We're only making plans for Nigel
He has his future in a British steel

We're only making plans for Nigel
Nigel's whole future is as good as sealed
And if young Nigel says he's happy
He must be happy
He must be happy in his work

Nigel is not outspoken
But he likes to speak
And loves to be spoken to
Nigel is happy in his work
We're only making plans for Nigel

There was an MP from South-East
Of Brexit, he was the high priest.
But alas for poor Nigel,
the "Leave" vote was fragile
And its spirit has almost deceased.

It was always a fool's errand slog
For Nigel, that scheming old dog!
He was far too coquettish
with his daft brexit fetish,
And the same goes for Jacob Rees-Mogg.

And Theresa just makes it all worse,
As she brow-beats and tries to coerce
her wee tory minions
to her daft opinions,
She'll go down, come what MAY, as a curse.

In that brig full of fools, there's a warder
whose job is to fend off disorder
He's our man on the case
John Bercow brings grace,
As he sternly intones "Order, Order !"

Was there not a poll that had the lib Dems in the lead?
Yep, questionable methodology on that one though... TBP were included in "others" in the question prompts, apart from the main parties.

All noise really atm anyway... Although they look very likeky to pick up their first seat in the Peterborough by election next week.

Labour and Bercow doing their best to sabotage matters
In my opinion they only failed because finally after the Euro MEP election our political overlords realised that we, the people, are not falling for the lies anymore and so they saw the writing on the wall and did the only thing they could: Enable No Deal so that Brussel's capitulates and gives the softest Brexit (for them) and a Brexit for the Brexiteers in the hope it will stop the masses ripping up the two party system.

Tory or Labour they both know their bollocks are in the lion's mouth right now so they're only doing what they need to in order to save their own slimey, scaley, two-faced, self serving backsides.

Guy Fawkes was 414 years too early.

Boris would do well to remember another earlier cunt who suspended parliament a while back.

It cost him his job.

And his head.
Lol don't be so dramatic. Besides with all the match-fixing remainer crybabies have been doing to get their way it'd be bitterly ironic & entirely justified.

Any regardless it's not gonna happen because this is purely a negotiating tactic but never the less the threat has to be real & you know what? Even if it did go through you'd see more movement from Brussels in a day then you'd see in 5 years to get shit done and get a deal sorted, a good deal. Germany is about to implode any further weakness will send them hurtling into a recession and possibly crack open the whole of the EU. No, not even Merkel the ideological scumbag whore that she is knows it would be her & not our prime minister losing their head if it all fell apart.

One side wants more self autonomy and the same trading benefits. Hardly the most unreasonable of reasons. The other wants to retain & consolidate control purely & is being spiteful & bitter about it even though it will cost them as much as the other side, probably more.

And the end of the day it has to come down to who wants it more. And that's why for that to happen shutting down parliament must be an option.

No.

The most likely outcome would be a general election or a second referendum.

Either way, one hundred days hence, you will probably still be in the EU.

Like all those deluded little englanders, you cling to the notion that they need you more than you need them. The UK accounts for around 15 % of the EU economy. They would like for you to remain, but they don't need you.

It's bad for both parties if you leave, but much worse for the UK.

Think of it like your leg and your body. Your leg is around 15 % of you.

If your leg wants to leave and gets amputated, it's going to lessen you, but you'll limp along without it, somewhat worse off than before.

But the leg by itself ?

It's fucked.

Far from a perfect analogy, but you get the idea.

Germany is about to implode any further weakness will send them hurtling into a recession and possibly crack open the whole of the EU. No, not even Merkel the ideological scumbag whore that she is knows it would be her & not our prime minister losing their head if it all fell apart.
???
What ideology do you ascribe to the outgoing Chancellor ?

And in what way is she whorish?

That is the whole point, man. You can't cherry-pick here. If you want the benefits of club membership, you need to abide by the clubs rules.

The other wants to retain & consolidate control purely & is being spiteful & bitter about it even though it will cost them as much as the other side, probably more.
Already addressed.
The UK would be the bigger loser.

Sadly for Boris, it's NOT an option.

Your country is a PARLIAMENTARY democracy and your cabinet cannot act in flagrant disregard of the wishes of that body. That much has been established. Dramatically.
