They said I have anxiety OCD and PTSD from childhood. I am display some symptoms of mania as well. I think it could be mild bipolar or Cyclothymia as it's called. They don't but have prescribed medication for just that. They aren't keen on doing a full diagnosis untill I've been off weed and benzos for 6 months to a year.
how much do you pay for the benzos?

ive been feeling like smoking some weed not to get high but for the pain

where abouts you from mate?

So I went docs explained how I'm bored with shit and feels like I'm going nowhere and I get high on prescription pills.

He gave me citalopram... After 2 weeks I stopped taking it because it wouldn't let me cum! I'd literally go for hours, at first I thought it was a good thing but it got boring and annoying after a while.

Anyway tomorrow I'm popping codeine and promethazine tabs and getting fucked

Not a lot if Im honest, about 20 quid for 30x10mg but Im down to 5 at the moment and need to be off them completely by may. The depakote and promazine helped me get down from 20g in the time Ive been on the Promazine.

Lancashire mate inbetween Bolton and Preston. You?

This is an interesting thread. I have suffered with anxiety/panic attacks and even depression since I was late teens (I'm 30 now) and lately been stressing out a little and panic attacks return. Fortunately I'm not bad enough to go back on meds, but sometimes I feel like going to the doctors and getting some beta blockers. I want to try continue life without medication. Has anybody had panic attacks and bad anxiety in the past, and did any natural remedies help them?

Yeah mate, I have some friends up that way. Padiham I think he lives now.

I live near Chorley. I get them online from Dream market. Can only get 10ms which isnt helpful for trying to withdraw.

how long youve been taking diazipam?

I’ve been prescribed it for at least a decade and it does fuck all for me mate.
The great thing about Valium is if you’re not used to it,you get a lovely warm glowing feeling the first few times, but the GP’s are supposed to now stop prescribing it and/or reduce/stop all those on it so people seem jealous when they hear I still get it but it’s not worth a fuck to me.

thats a long time, would you say youre addicted to it?

also do you smoke weed?

There’s no way he can’t be addicted to it after that time mate.plus long term use means they stay in your system for 6-8 weeks and withdrawal is horrific.
Little fact; The brilliant English band XTC’s main man Andy Partridge had been taking them prescribed since he was a kid (had a horrible time with his mum being very mentally ill) and they were on tour in the US or mainland Europe. His wife finds all these prescribed pills and flushed them down the bog,he goes into the most horrendous withdrawals and the band never played live again(much to the consternation of admirers like myself)
