Yep, I'm talking of Ali - Frazer 1. It was IMO it was the greatest heavyweight title fight ever (so far). So far the greatest of this century also.

Any questions?

Lol. Well sorry to get temporal but a fight has to actually happen in a century to be the best of it. My vote for this century is AJ v WK. Bloody brilliant that was.

I already addressed that, reading comprehension not your strong point? Did you give up before reading my last sentence?
I'm saying it's better than anything in this century also. Believe me when I say nothing yet has generated the across-the-board interest of the Ali-Frazer 1 fight.
Everyone, even people who didn't give a squat about boxing had an interest in seeing that match up.

That was an incredible fight for all sorts of reasons, including the cultural / political climate of the time.

I'm not sure it can ever be replicated.

Clay Liston better? ...Is that why the rematch had only 2,434 fans present in the 4,900-seat arena?
clay-liston was a masterclass.

the way he systematically dismantled liston was a thing of beauty.

liston was the most feared man in boxing, and clay schooled him.

yes it is a better fight.

has nothing to do with attendance.
