I'm delighted with VAR. Like those stupid cunts that buy Ferraris and live in London. Too much money to take joy in something you once loved. The EPL has so much money they've literally fucked themselves. Maybe more like Michael Hutchence? Yeah, that's better - the EPL has put a bag over its head and choked itself with its belt its so bored of miring itself on a steady diet of prostitution and pornography paid for with dirty cash.

Meanwhile proper football (ie bad with very rash tackles) in poorer leagues continues to have a one-up-one-down with the Mrs once a week, quite happy.

That's a proper missed opportunity tonight for Liverpool.

In a crazy month where they are playing games every other day it seems, a win tonight would have meant topping the group and being able to send a reserve side away to Leipzig and giving the first team a week off.

Really poor.

December is the month which will make or break them I think, if they manage to make it to January with an 8 point(or better) lead then I think they may win the league.

Emery out Ljungberg in

are arsenal stupid enough to give him a 3 year contract if he has a couple of decent results
Don't think we'll give Freddie anything like that. I'm thinking 5 games tops. The only way I see Freddie getting the job until the end of the season is if there's a serious improvement on performances and results to the point where it can't be overlooked. I think it has to be Allegri. We've missed out on top managers before by sticking with Wenger and I hope the board won't make the same mistake again. Allegri's English is an issue but he's supposed to have been learning the language for awhile now and is interested in the job. Failing that I'd be okay with Nuno getting the job. He's done a brilliant job at Wolves. I wouldn't mind Poch either but I don't think he'd go. He's said that he'd turn down Barca because of his connection to Espanyol so if he sticks with that line thinking there's no way he'd join us.

That could obviously change when there's a contract put in front of you though and Spurs did him dirty so who knows.

Yeah but realistically none of those teams you face in the league other than Leicester on Boxing Day should be posing you much trouble.
I don't agree, we didn't deserve to beat Chelsea or Sheffield United and we should have lost to Man Utd. We have the Everton match, where form goes out of the window...it's a derby and always a pain, and we have Wolves on the 29th, which is always tough. But the main issue is all the other matches, our first team have to fly out to Qatar and play two matches there in between PL games, and some of the other players will have to stay behind to play the League Cup.

On paper...yeah we should be winning those league games, and should be looking to win against Wolves and Leicester too, but it's a tiring run, and losing your best midfielder makes it tougher.

But, hopefully we avoid any other big injuries and Matip gets fit again soon.

City just dont look as good as the last 2 seasons, dont know why they bought a £60m right back they barely play instead of a centre back they desperately need

Also think teams are learning how to play them a bit, cant JUST sit back and defend which was all anyone was doing last season, Steve Bruce got it spot on today with sitting really deep most of the time then having little spurts of pressure
