I think United's squad still have plenty of room for improvement. When you see some of their fans calling for Solskjaer to be sacked, it's like...what do you think this team is capable of? Its not like their team is loaded with talent, they've got a lot of good pieces but the team doesn't have many guaranteed starters. Even players like Rashford, who are guaranteed fixtures for the next decade, are frustrating at times.

To me, United still need to bring in three or four quality players before they should be expected to challenge for the title. They create plenty but they need a finisher like Haaland there, they need a solid centre back like Skriniar to partner Maguire, a replacement for Matic, a right back who is a better option going forward. If Solskjaer had that sort of team then the expectation would be to really challenge for the title but their squad is still flawed in key areas.

Thought Spurs were excellent first half, could've had three, but we kept pace and had chances.

They didn't seem to compete with the same intensity 2nd half. Draw was the right result in the end, could've been a few more for each side.

So in reward for a gruelling domestic schedule that’s seen us fail to qualify for the CL, fail to qualify for the Europa League, get knocked out the league cup by Ross County, and open up a 22 point gap between ourselves and 1st place rangers in the biggest season in decades, Celtic decided to reward the players endeavours with a trip to Dubai for some hard graft (not beers by the pool!).

The trouble is - and entirety unknown to us I might add - there’s apparently some sort of pandemic fucking shit up everywhere. Now remember I mentioned that hard graft we would be doing in Dubai? Well, we decided to bring along our injured centre back along, despite him being in crutches and completely unable to train. He came along because, it really was just beers by the pool and some R&R for our little lads to enjoy.
I read that a game was specifically postponed to allow Celtic to go on the Dubai trip. Is that true?

And if yes, what the hell would the rationale from the SPL/FA to sanction that?

True.

Rationale?

Obviously you’re new to the wonderful world of Scottish football mate. We don’t do rational and probably never well.

6 wins in 20 now for Snus Hiddink. Sackable form for most teams, let alone a Celtic side that’s won 9 leagues and 4 trebles in a row.

He’s been in hiding since the Dubai trip, as has our smug as fuck CEO.

Both utter cunts.

We also just furloughed our entire under-18 squad - after spending £250k sending them first team to Dubai. The average under-18 player at Celtic probably makes a few hundred quid a week.

Also, Shane Duffy is the worst defender I’ve ever seen play for Celtic, with absolutely no exaggeration. He’s genuinely a very poor defender by SPFL standard. No idea how he played in the premiership for so long.

Way to look to the future.

How the fuck he was put out for the second half is beyond me.

Can't remember someone as bad as he is get as many chances in the Hoops and it's classic this season Celtic.Seems every single decision this season has been an absolute shambles and how the management is still there mind boggling. So many chances to bin the fuckers and yet those at the top have gambled this season away by keeping an absolute rocket at the helm.

Don't know any fans that didn't see his tenure ending in disaster when he was appointed but the speed of it takes a bit of believing.

I pretty much accepted that it wasn’t going to be our season months ago. Sacking Lennon before the international break was the only thing that could’ve salvaged it. It’s actually made the complete implosion much more bearable - even pretty funny if I’m honest - but I genuinely don’t think I’ve seen a club fall so, so sharply with so many unnecessary poor decisions. I can’t help but laugh at some of it these days, and don’t even really begrudge rangers the league.

How Lennon is still in a job though, in an environment where a single loss is usually deemed a full blown crisis, I have no idea.
