After watching alot of summer league this year I want the NBA to switch to their end of game rules. Would make games much better.

NBA stand to lose a lot of money by China getting upset. Personally...FUCK China, but I get their point of view  something like 27 million people tuned into game 6 of the finals, in China

Well, kinda serves them right, to be honest. You're in business with a goddamn communist country that shares NONE of your ideals. That isn't the time to start spouting your social justice bullshit. And that's at the heart of where all this started. The dude is a fucking idiot and deserves to be fired, if you ask me.

I never like Adam Silver and his Golam looking ass. You should never mix politics with business. He should have just distance himself from Morey's views and told him to STFU. The NBA has a billion dollar deal with China. Can't be fucking up that bag.

I don't really care about the NBA losing chinese money. People should be allowed to speak their minds, but we now find that the NBA has a bunch of fake activists. It's okay to promote the gay agenda, and to wear hoodies and tee shirts while discussing inequality in America... but as soon as something effects the almighty dollar, everyone has to be quiet.

The NBA has lost all social credibility and is really no different than the NFL.

Did they have any social credibility with you before? They've been completely transparent with their agenda behind getting involved with social issues for as long as I can remember. LeBron being the head of that shit.

Only way we get the NBA to feign showing balls on this is to hurt them here.
Yeah... that didn't work for the NFL and it won't work here. What sports entities have figured out long ago is that people actually NEED to be entertained, and to temporarily escape from daily pressures. As long as the people who butter the bread (white America for football, urban black America for the NBA) aren't alienated too much, they don't really care. Becoming globalized, the way the NBA is attempting to, of course complicates this equation.

... But I'm sure that they are banking on black America not really caring about what's happening in China/Hong Kong.

We found out it is okay to insult and offend American conservatives but not communist dictators who actually put people in camps who don't fall in line. I actually enjoy how small people like Steve Kerr and the rest look right now.
