narcos mexico. i liked it alright but the gallardo actor was shit imo. escobar was acted in a quirky way that really worked, this guy just looks like he is about to cry all the time.

What in the actual fuck?

Cowboy Bebop is like the coolest series ever made with the best music. What the fuck are they remaking about it? Put the goddamn show up on Netflix instead of funding the pointless, set-up-for-disappointment live action series. Ghost in the Shell wasn't enough? Had Scarlett Johansson taking the role seriously and still sucked cawk.
that's bad, i really can't think of something that is less suitable for a live action remake than cowboy bebop. the art style is integral to the show in a way that ghostintheshell just didn't have.

Aye, Bebop was born for animation. It's so meta and full of popcultural references, sometimes crowded background plus so many different places and crazy stuff happening, it's either gonna be reduced to just the story without the actual style that made the show, or they'll use cheap CGI. The idea is even worse than the similarly pointless live action Lion King remake - it looks utter cawk in 3D and you question: if there's the classic animation what's the point?

Sally4Ever on Sky Atlantic is absolutely mental. Watch if you like Chris Morris esque dark humor , you won't be disappointed.

Edit; Just watched the last episode and there really is only so far she can take that same basic character. You actually expect shock style now.

No British actress can play a monstrous interloper like Julia Davis.I wonder how naughty she is in real life with the tall guy from Mighty Boosh, who is her real life partner.

He's in it as well. Julia's character sends him upstairs with a turkey baster to impregnate Sally. The show is off the wall and very funny. Apparently she moved to Sky cos the BBC could no longer stomach the brutality of her humor. Their loss if you ask me.

She’s very talented mate, but that’s three shows where she’s played pretty much the same character and was funny.
But I think she needs to change direction. You’re expecting this monster and the once shocking behaviour is now exactly what you’re expecting.Ya get me?

Damn that new Attenborough series looks like a return to form.
Watching ep 1 right now and it’s like The Revenant.
It's Hollywood all right, digitally colored to the max. Not sure I prefer this to the actual, more real-life color palette, in fact I'm sure I prefer the more natural tones. And what's this about an all-female lion pack with evil male lions harassing them? Seriously? With penguins, lions, chimps and the series regulars returning, it's all a bit repetitive since the groundbreaking first Planet Earth, tho series II was quite breathtaking at times... without this much digital coloring. Not dismissing Dynasties or anything, beautiful images with Attenborough narration is good pass time. My breath haven't been taken away so far tho.

Only seen chimps so far mate, although King David has had a habit of putting the best out first last few series’ but I hope not here.

Have been watching a series called 'Modus'.

It is a Swedish cop/profiler show that isn't the usual cliche stuff.

Started at season 2 and it is very watchable.

Re: Julia Davis. My favourite thing she was in was Human Remains, especially the episode with Rob Brydon as the little hard-knock Cardiff City fan.
