Nice.

How did ur fantasy team do? Who else was on ur roster?

My league has been going for 6 seasons now, this was my first championship win.
Luck, TY and AJ Green and Shady McCoy were my 4 main players. I later traded AJ for David Johnson because McCoy was shit and I was weak as fuck at RB, which was fuckin wonderful as AJ got injured that week for the rest of the season  ...although Johnson never hit the heights of previous seasons. I finished 6th in an 18 team league. Something has to give in that league as it's too many teams and the roster depth is abysmal. We even play 2 defensive players and no flex. I had Cameron Brate, Larry Fitz and Freeman at Denver. JJ Watt and Levonta David in D.

I finished 2nd in my work one though. I really could've won that if it wasn't for a few key injuries. I lost Melvin Gordon for the last few days, including the final and he'd have made the difference. I also had Bell as my no1 pick so got all the way without a no1 pick which was decent.

I also had the Seahawks to beat Cowboys last night. Thank fuck I can't bet here, tbh.

You won yours? Nice, man. I've never won. Been to 3 finals and never won. Who was on your roster? Many in the league?

We play a 12 man PPR league on ESPN.

I had

Matt Ryan
Saquon Barkley
Marlon Mack
Michael Thomas
Robert Woods
Evan Engram (OJ Howard until injury)
Julian Edelman
Various defenses over the season
Various kickers

Bench
Breida
Lockett
E mcguire
R Anderson

Had a few injuries early doors like Beastmode. Also, I drafted Jerk McKinnon in 3rd rd of my draft, 15 mins later (still doing draft at this stage) , I got a notification to say his season was over with ACL..

18 man league is way too many. 12 man is the sweet spot. We've done 10 and 14 before, but 12 is the best.

Aye, my work one was 10 and I thought we could do with 2 mores, actually.

Sweet team, man. Picking Barkley was a coup, man.

Yeah he has been amazing. I mean he was still a 1st rd pick, so its not like I got him on the cheap. I'm a giants fan too, so it been great watching him this season as a giants fan and as a Fantasy player.

Aye, but a ballsy move to pick a rookie with your 1st pick.

Yeah I guess so. I never doubted his ability having glimpsed him in college games a few times. My only doubt was the Giants O line in front of him.

As it transpired the Giants O line were shit again this year, but it didn't matter. I truly believe he is an ATG talent, the best RB in the league. Just imagine him playing behind the Rams O Line. Probably would of broken every record going.

Hmm...I'm naw there with him being best in the league yet...but it isn't a bad shout considering, tbf.

These are ok. You get what you pay for, i guess. I just can' justify paying 100 quid for a pair of boots to play with lassies, tbh. They're fine though, comfy, just look a bit bulky with the lace cover thing...but they're incredibly light despite this.

Bit smaller than I hope.

Fuckin' wonderful, man. Fine as fuck - exactly what i need and it feels sturdy as fuck. Big improvement on my current one. Twice as expensive but, as above, you get what you pay for.

Bracoo Knee Support, Open-Patella Brace for Arthritis, Joint Pain Relief, Injury Recovery with Adjustable Strapping & Breathable Neoprene, KS10
Exepcted it to be more rigid but seems decent enough. Will find out on Sunday, i guess.

Other stuff hasn't arrived yet.

Haven't bought it yet, but I'm in dire need of a new mower. The one I currently have does still have a great 5 HP Briggs & Stratton motor, but the metal body the motor sits on is rusted out so bad the wheels are coming loose from it. It developed rust holes in several spots that I patched temporarily to keep the grass from flying up through them and into my face, but just a couple days ago I had to cut my grass and where one of the front wheels attaches to the body broke loose. This caused the body to dip sharply to one side and the blade dug into the ground--------not the safest of things to happen.

Here's the kicker, I clean the underside of my mower every time I use it to get the wet grass and dirt from the metal housing. The next mower will be coated with auto underbody soundproofing/water resistant spray before I crank it up for the first time.

I want this mower so fuckin bad, man. It hurts my heart a bit, I want it so much.

I got $2k to buy one as a gift so I'd need to put another $1k to it, with taxes, and i aint sure I can justify that when there are African children out there with no grass to even cut.

I've been paying someone $40 to do it, man. Not to sound a cunt but you can't mow my yard with a push mower as it's half an acre-ish.

I was looking at a robot mower, as I got robot vacuum and it is fuckin' magnificent, but I just don't dunno if it'd do that job as i have several obstacles in it's way, it's not all just grass.

I could get a ride on mower for half the price of the above, that's my predicament.

A new fucking lock on the front door. Like a complete prick I went to let the plumber out of the building, as he needed to go and get materials to fix a pipe in the kitchen, door never closes without pulling it, but it did yesterday. Locked myself out. Locksmith comes along after I call one, can't get in the usual way due to some double latch safety feature, and now the plumber who is now being paid by the 15 minutes or so is back and waiting to get in.

Locksmith has to drill the fucking lock through, get in, remove the whole thing and fit a new one. A nice £260 for the privilege of having a door that works just like it always had done before I decided to be helpful and show the plumber to the door of the block of flats. Without doubt the most annoying spend ever.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus.

Magnificent.

The screen, audio and video quality is great and the camera continues to get better. It makes video calling, emailing etc much easier for work too.

38 quid a month with 30gb data and unlimited texts and calls. The inferior Apple alternative would be well over 50.
