Tim Tszyu could hardly have beaten Jeff Horn in more emphatic fashion. Perhaps ending Horn's career in the process, and has moved to 16-0.

Prior to beating Horn, Tszyu was rated :
IBF #5
WBO #9 (Horn was #5)
WBC #12

Who do you think Tim Tszyu should fight next??

Have never seen him fight. Mostly the sons of former champs end up being a disappointment.

Probably needs to sign with PBC to get the big fights. Most of the 154lb division is under their control.

Australian love pulling out relics from retiremenent homes to sell fights. Would not surprise me if they put Anthony Mundine in with him.

Sadly, Mundine looks destined to fight Michael Zerafa, and after Mundine's shit showing against John Wayne Parr, I shudder to think what Zerafa might do to him. Mundine only lasted 1/2 a round against Horn 2 years ago and is totally shot.

Whats with Australians and over 40's fighters.? Promoters have been doing this since Joe Bugner back in the 80's.

In anycase just looked at the highlights of Tim Tsyzu vs Jeff Horn. Physically strong, heavy handed fighter but defense needs tightening up. A move to America and a veteran coach might help.

Needs alot more seasoning so in my opinion needs at least another 5 fights before moving up in genuine world class.

The likes of Frankie Gavin and Sam Eggington is were he should remain at present.

About a week ago, WBO Global chairman Danny Leigh said that provided Australia is doing well with COVID later in the year and the money is right, the winner of Tszyu-Horn could fight Brazilian Patrick Teixeira for the WBO world super welterweight title in Australia.

Tszyu is nothing if not ambitious. Taking the Horn fight was a clear demonstration of that, and if the opportunity of a title fight presents itself I get the impression he will take it.

Patrick Teixeira in his most recent outing against Carlos Adames in November last year :

Tall, long armed southpaw who bleeds.

If Zerafa wasn't in Stage 4 lockdown here in Melbourne I dare say he would have been there for Tszyu-Horn and called Tszyu out. He has instead had to rely on social media.

Heard the PPV numbers for Tszyu-Horn were very good. Tim Tszyu's star is on the rise.

Tszyu's manager Matt Rose wants Tim to have one more fight in Australia, later this year and then for him to head overseas in the quest for a world title fight.

Possible candidates for that fight later in the year for Tszyu are Michael Zerafa, who is super keen or perhaps even Irish born Dennis Hogan?

Sounds like they want a 'name' international opponent next in what is likely to be Tim's last fight before heading overseas. Holding this next fight in Townsville again would make a lot of sense. Unless of course venues elsewhere are suddenly allowed to let 15,000 plus people in again.

Bob Arum is impressed with Tim Tszyu. Says he looks the goods and a world title is very possible for him.

Not a fan of Hogan, could be a suitable fight for Tszyu though.

Tim Tszyu is now right at the sharp end of the WBO rankings, having been elevated to #2 following his win over Horn.
