Welcome back mate!Hi @RappingKungFuToaster, not posted in here yet. Had kids on hol then mind through me under the bus. Did actually keep a check on what I was upto though so will get it posted up. Had a few great training and eating days and a few days when my diet bombed.
I'll give a bit of detail of what I've been up to and just the points. I won't be putting everyday up as some were flat out 0. In fact I'd get a minus score for some.
Yeah it's tough to get the ball rolling with the recording, I'm sure you've noticed some of my slap-dash entries above... But, I'm feeling more motivated since I got more in the habit of making entries here... I'm holding myself more accountable!Sounds damn good @RappingKungFuToaster .
I've got a load of updates to put up. Need to do it daily. Been a white time of it mentally so not got round to it. Health wise the drive is well on its way and I'm feeling the benefits for it. Actually feel super healthy right now and I know I've o my just scratched the surface of what I'm capable of achieving. Looks wise it's doing me a world of good too. Went away round the time I just started on our little program and felt ok about how I looked. Went out again Saturday and would have fucked myself given half the change.
Hopefully post some updates later, find it awkward on the phone so will need to get on the laptop.
Dude, I'm wondering how long it is until it happens down here in Australia... No doubt, it'll break any momentum you've built up...Still nt posted up my stuff, will do. Had the issue of having to go into a 14 day household isolation to deal with. This will make my diet and exercise a problem.

Plus all the stuff I've shopped for just in case... instant noodles, pasta and sauce... it's all bloody loaded with carbs.

Morning weigh in: 128.4kgs
Trending back downward, but MUST NOT screw it up on the weekend this time.
Got on the footpath early today for an 8:15am start, and sampled some crisp, pre-7am air for my walk to work. Had three fresh salmon sushi rolls for breakfast, and it was bloody delicious! Lunch was a super healthy salad with grilled peach, sweet potato, baked ricotta and roquette. Bought a tub of unsweetened yoghurt on the way home and added some passionfruit pulp. Great day all up. Two big walks, three healthy meals with a low carb intake.
