Ah don't be too hard on yourself... I've found it rather difficult to stick to the diet when I've got so many things of bloody instant noodles around... to be honest, having them within arm's reach has been the only thing that's kept me from logging perfect scores (or near to) all weekend (including Friday)... Every time I'm almost on a perfect day I get hungry and eat some.Great day for you there.
I've got my phone with me to post the notes I made for the past period. Can't handle doing it easy straight from my phone so been waiting to get on the family laptop. Wife has needing it for her working from home stuff.
Think I'll be writing off most of this 14 days. Diet wise I've got a load of good stuff in apart from enough straight up protein, we stocked the freezer which meant fish fingers, pizza and breaded chicken. I mean its the type of stuff that keeps you going and makes you feel good, but damn it ain't for no training regime. So far I've avoided bread and crisps, but due to a birthday in the family we've a shit load of chocolate. That will zonk anything I try doing to stay reasonable too. First couple of days I made great healthy meals, chicken breast and salad. Unfortunately Ferrero Rochers.
Fitness wise I'm not feeling up to doing much. I did some resistance training again, not enough to even get a 1 point day though.
But I need to have them around, who knows what tomorrow will bring? These are trying times.

New best! Walked into work for a twelve hour day, and had three pieces of delicious, healthy sushi for breakfast. Lunch was a salad with peach and sweet potato... I worked until 9pm and decided to get an uber home... not so much for the walk, but that I couldn't be arsed with getting home close to midnight. I weakened and ate three serves of noodles last thing before bed. Absolute pisser of a thing. That's a subtraction of a point for late eating, and one for heavy carbs.

My mission not to fuck it up on the weekend was a flop, but... yeah, having a backup supple of food, especially noodles, isn't something I'd normally have around to sabotage myself with!
