Well FUCK YOU. I honestly thought I was done with that bastard 131, bloat be damned!

It motivated me well, and I guess it's time to start getting strict with stupid shit like chorizo, other fatty cured meats and 125g wheels of camembert. Went to the takeaway and still got 5 kibbe (probably have to cut those eventually too, as much as it will hurt) and some felafels with beetroot dip for late breakfast/lunch, along with two small tubs of plant based yoghurt.

Ramped up my efforts with the jump rope, this time cracking out 15 x 1 minute rounds, and went to the rower for 5 x 2 minute rounds. Went back to the supermarket for dinner and picked up two 100g packets of regular ham (literally one tenth the fat of the sliced chorizo) and two more tubs of plant based yoghurt.

Later on I went to the local bottle shop for a six pack of low carb beer, turned it into an hour long walk.

Better. Woke up late, so downed two small tins of flavoured tuna, then took an uber into work. Pretty uneventful day all in all, slightly busy but it kept me on my feet for ten hours, hardly ran myself ragged though. I had some halloumi and eggplant with leafy salad for lunch. Got home late/starving so I had two more tins of tuna.

Back below 130kgs and this time I'm gonna bury that mothafucker. I got out on time to walk to work (about 9km) and stopped off on the way for three pieces of sushi... so... probably not the best start to "burying" the 130kg thing, but it wasn't an absurd amount of carbs, but the first time in weeks I've had sushi, it was healthy and tasted fucking orgasmic. Again, about ten hours at work and had the same halloumi, eggplant, capsicum and leafy greens thing. Took an Uber home as it got pretty late.

Slept in a bit before a grocery run. Set my mind to spending $20 on vegetarian ingredients and that was all my food for two days off. Wound up with some mushrooms, six eggs, two sweet potatoes and two onions, a tub of natural yoghurt and a jar of jam (a teaspoon in the unflavoured yoghurt makes it a bit better.

At precisely half over the day. A three egg mushroom omelette for breakfast/lunch and one slow-cooked sweet potato for dinner, mashed up with diced onion.

Was a rainy night, so couldn't do jump rope outside, instead went for a long walk and did three rounds on the rower.

Going back to a five day work week has absolutely thrown me in terms of recording my results, but happy to say I'm about 9kgs lighter than when I started this endeavour!

Weigh in on cheat day was 127.7kgs!

Haven't weighed in this week yet! Long hours at work, but still been quite disciplined!

Fuck me, biggest I’ve ever been, although it’s been a year of various challenges.

Just spring for a new gym membership now that they’re open here again, and selected one that is a.) 24 hours and b.) has a heavy bag, as if missed punching a heavy bag so.

Went in tonight for my first workout only to learn that they’ve gotten rid of their punching bag and in fact have to close at 10 when the staff leave because of ongoing restrictions. And the room where I planned on jumping rope has quite a low ceiling. It’s also on an upper level so I’m hoping I don’t piss off reception if I try a rope workout early tomorrow!

Fuck me what a pisser. But alas, it’s the membership I have, so might as well make the best of it!

Ate fairly nutritious food, but too many carbs.

Didn’t haul my sorry arse into the gym this morning. Picked up a keto friendly (but fatty) breakfast of sausage, eggs and mushrooms. Nailed some peanuts, then had a massive Caesar salad with chicken for lunch.

Almost a perfect day of eating, if not for the 10 Korean mini wings I had for dinner.

Finally got into my gym and it was fucking so crowded. Managed 7 one minute rounds, unfortunately there were none of those recumbent bikes there, so just took my first session as one where I caught the lay of the land, so to speak.

Sweet, flushing out some goo.
Again, the fatty keto breakfast and the big chicken salad for lunch. And AGAIN, slipped up and got a bunch of chicken wings at dinner time. Then, before the gym I decided to nip over to the supermarket for some sugar-free fanta, knowing I’d appreciate it post-workout.

Unfortunately I also grabbed a low carb yoghurt and a chocolate bar.

Nailed out 12 x 1 minute rounds of jump rope. Not easy, but next time I’ll try for 15... ultimately I’ll try to build to 30!

Went slightly different re: breakfast, stopped at the Korean market and picked up some bulgogi beef and chilli chicken without rice! A perk of living in a city with tonnes of international students!
Lunch was a chicken salad, and had two low carb yoghurts on the way home from work.

Gym was closed. Even worse, I then decided to pick up a heavy (albeit low carb) dinner of chicken casserole and roast pumpkin.

Okay, best weigh in since last week, still on track and weight is coming down slowly.

Korean food without rice again for breakfast, fuck it hits the spot! Bulgogi pork and spicy chicken! For lunch, chicken and avo salad. For some fucked up reason I had an utterly heinous attack of the hungries this afternoon and ended up eating four low carb yoghurts and a can of soup.

Went to the gym and it was packed. 9:30pm, packed. What a shit show. Got through one round of rope and was just in everyone's way, so I fucked off home.

Had a Vietnamese pork roll for breakfast, then another for lunch... then also had two rolls with cheese and prosciutto, a cup of shin Ramyun and some chocolate.

For dinner had some roast beef and root veg.

Just due to bloat, most likely!

Bulgogi beef and teriyaki chicken for breakfast, sausages and salad for lunch, roast beef and roast veg (no potato) for dinner. Excellent keto eating, although all this sodium and red meat can't be great for my heart lol.

At the end of my work day I decided to splurge with a few stiff drinks... No sitting around with beers, just two strong vodkas with sugarless red bull. In the shock of the century, the vodka superseded the effects of the energy drink and I fell asleep watching the tennis.

Great! A new best weigh in! Saturday is my designated boozy day and I got absolutely spannered, although I only drank lower carb cider. Korean shop was shut so it was sushi for breakfast, some Japanese bento for lunch, but ate a bit too much rice, then a massive roast beef and veg for dinner. Fell asleep watching tennis. Deducting points for rice at night time and excessive drinking.

Around dinner time I had another pack of instant noodles and a small tub of "fro-pro", low carb frozen yoghurt. Had a chocolate bar as well.

Not too discouraged as I got up feeling hungover and drunk several pints of water over the morning before I weighed in.
Early start at work, ate bacon and eggs prepared by the chef, then had a roast with vegetables for lunch. Once again drank too much while watching the rugby, and on the way home did another convenience store run, eating more of the same late at night.

The silver lining is that I've not once resorted to straight out junk, just normal sized meals containing carbs. Still, not ideal.
