Morning weigh in: 131.7kgs


Well FUCK YOU. I honestly thought I was done with that bastard 131, bloat be damned!

It motivated me well, and I guess it's time to start getting strict with stupid shit like chorizo, other fatty cured meats and 125g wheels of camembert. Went to the takeaway and still got 5 kibbe (probably have to cut those eventually too, as much as it will hurt) and some felafels with beetroot dip for late breakfast/lunch, along with two small tubs of plant based yoghurt.

Ramped up my efforts with the jump rope, this time cracking out 15 x 1 minute rounds, and went to the rower for 5 x 2 minute rounds. Went back to the supermarket for dinner and picked up two 100g packets of regular ham (literally one tenth the fat of the sliced chorizo) and two more tubs of plant based yoghurt.

Later on I went to the local bottle shop for a six pack of low carb beer, turned it into an hour long walk.

Morning weigh in: 130.7kgs


Better. Woke up late, so downed two small tins of flavoured tuna, then took an uber into work. Pretty uneventful day all in all, slightly busy but it kept me on my feet for ten hours, hardly ran myself ragged though. I had some halloumi and eggplant with leafy salad for lunch. Got home late/starving so I had two more tins of tuna.

Back below 130kgs and this time I'm gonna bury that mothafucker. I got out on time to walk to work (about 9km) and stopped off on the way for three pieces of sushi... so... probably not the best start to "burying" the 130kg thing, but it wasn't an absurd amount of carbs, but the first time in weeks I've had sushi, it was healthy and tasted fucking orgasmic. Again, about ten hours at work and had the same halloumi, eggplant, capsicum and leafy greens thing. Took an Uber home as it got pretty late.

Morning weigh in: 129.1kgs


Slept in a bit before a grocery run. Set my mind to spending $20 on vegetarian ingredients and that was all my food for two days off. Wound up with some mushrooms, six eggs, two sweet potatoes and two onions, a tub of natural yoghurt and a jar of jam (a teaspoon in the unflavoured yoghurt makes it a bit better.

At precisely half over the day. A three egg mushroom omelette for breakfast/lunch and one slow-cooked sweet potato for dinner, mashed up with diced onion.

Was a rainy night, so couldn't do jump rope outside, instead went for a long walk and did three rounds on the rower.

Going back to a five day work week has absolutely thrown me in terms of recording my results, but happy to say I'm about 9kgs lighter than when I started this endeavour!

Weigh in on cheat day was 127.7kgs!

Haven't weighed in this week yet! Long hours at work, but still been quite disciplined!
