I need to think about abstaining from booze Monday to Thursday!

Day at work was longer than I anticipated due to some weird scheduling things. A co-worker was leaving this weekend so I ended up having some beers after work. Bought some stupid shit from the convenience store on the way home.

These have been bad days, but nowhere near as bad as they could have been.

Saturday is a designated boozy day, started with the same keto Korean breakfast, then hammered the lower carb ciders, drank entirely too much, then got home later after the rugby league, and ordered a kebab and salad box with bread.

Write-off of a day. Slept in, ate a banh mi, instant noodles and yogurt. Went to work for an hour and a bit, had four low carb beers then came home. Stayed up late for West Ham v Tottenham and ate a kebab durum and fries. Fries were fucking dreadful, but ate them anyway, like a true addict.

This is what I get... the 30 day mark and I've backslid something awful...

Korean keto food for breakfast, a small bag of trail mix and some seaweed salad for lunch, roast beef and vegetables for dinner. Excellent eating.

10 x 1 min rounds of speed rope, then hit a heavy bag for the first time in years... Holy fucking cow. It nearly killed me. I hoped for 5 x 2 minute rounds, got through 2 and a half rounds.

Still, that's a strong 5-pointer to return to form.
