Me and you both friendo!
Looking back on past weight loss kicks I've done, there have been times when exercise was not always something I had time for, but diet was a constant in those situations, and given the physical nature of my job, I was lucky enough to get results anyway. I have about ten weeks until I fly to Europe, more than enough time to bang out a good 10kgs.
I can understand how demotivating it is to diet when you can't supplement it with exercise, putting yourself through all that misery while wondering "is this shit actually working??"...
To quote Joel Embiid, you gotta trust the process!
Today mightn't be for exercise, but I have to make it a good diet day!
I'll be weighing in tomorrow morning with that in mind!
I've just eaten ice cream.
