Toaster's ongoing battle to stave off obesity: Surgery, knee problems and other excuses

  • Latest update: Apologies for errors yesterday, due to php resource allocation needs configuring to suit the server, and can only do that when we know what's not working.

As usual, Tuesday was a day of guilt-driven motivation. Had three low fat sausages for breakfast and then some squid at midday sharp.
Had a Caesar salad with smoked salmon for lunch and had some charcoal chicken after work. A bit fatty, but still low carb.
Hit the gym for a half hour on the treadmill.
Diet: 2
Exercise: 1
Total: 3
Overall: 49

Once again three sausages for breakfast. This time it was too fuckin’ busy for s midday snack, so didn’t eat until 2:30pm for my usual salad.
Went to the shopping centre on the way home for some groceries and went to my he Indian takeaway for some curry without rice.
I think I have to name that shopping centre a no go zone for now.... went to the other supermarket yesterday and didn’t even think about fast food!
Another half hour on the treadmill!

Three sausages and a hard boiled egg for breakfast, then the same salad for lunch on another physical work day. The aim was to skip dinner and do a workout, but then I decided to have dinner (a lean beef stew and the other three sausages) and still go to the gym.... then I skipped the gym because I was burnt. Damn, a two point swing.

Ive gone from 120 to 106 since my last post in this thread.

I think calling a bad day a 0 is wrong, you have to give yourself a -1.
