But other places like Florida had fewer protesters ( only lasted a day...biggest protests at around 1000 people max) yet had a massive surge. Thus why he said Florida had "no protests to speak of".

They were much smaller than most other places.
So now we've gone from twisting this issue from "no protests to speak of" to "well, they were small and inconsequential" to "well, they weren't quite as large as ones in other states.":sad

It's true compared to New York and Minneapolis which had much bigger protests yet little to no surge.

Yet Florida had smaller and fewer protest but a massive surge.

by the millions

we let them help choose who wins the office of most powerful man in the world..........................

we might as well let actual children, monkeys and particularly clever snails vote too................

Check back in the thread, I got something else for you and your alt. Also, give me specifics on how we should treat the Chinese Remdesivir study, SwollenAnus. Tell me, what effect that should have on the future use of remdesivir since it's been touted as the "gold standard" for COVID-19 treatment.
Id love to answer all your questions but Im afraid I cant

I mean, not until you answer the question I asked you

To do otherwise would be....................encouraging you to continue your bad form here in the forum,eh?

So,how about it?

What specific crime did Joe Biden commit that deserves incarceration?

thanks

Getting slapped around again? "No protests to speak of" means there was protesting. That's been established using your words. Or are there different degrees of protest? If so, what are your parameters of protest? Numbers of persons active within the protest? Are their also degrees of violence and destruction that you find acceptable?

"small and insignificant."

https://www.clickorlando.com/news/2020/06/01/florida-governor-keeps-quiet-as-george-floyd-protests-rage/

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – During a violent and chaotic weekend marked by demonstrations against police brutality, Floridians did not hear from Gov. Ron DeSantis.

DeSantis was quiet as thousands of protesters flooded city streets in various parts of the state, seething over the death in Minneapolis of George Floyd, a black man killed in police custody under a white officer’s knee.

In Miami, squad cars were damaged and police fired tear gas at a crowd of protesters. In Tallahassee, the driver of a pickup truck plowed through a street packed with demonstrators, just blocks from the state Capitol building.

In Jacksonville, Sheriff Mike Williams said protesters “attacked several police officers,” including one who was hospitalized after being “slashed at the neck.” In Fort Lauderdale, a police officer was suspended after he was caught on video aggressively pushing a kneeling woman to the ground."

It's all inconsequential. The injuries. Deaths. Don't you understand? Slappy's "right" Don't you get it, yet, Sonny? Power to the people.

Making the point that trying to blame the protests for the main driver of the coronavirus surge is stupid. Because some places like New York had huge protests but very little or no surge.

But other places like Florida had fewer protesters ( only lasted a day...biggest protests at around 1000 people max) yet had a massive surge. Thus why he said Florida had "no protests to speak of".

1. That still doesn't make his statement any less factually inaccurate.

2. I live in NY, and people here have been holding secret parties and crowding into bars (albeit illegally) throughout this crisis... does that mean it's also wrong to blame parties and bars as a driver because we're not seeing the effects here either?

No they don't, you lying coward.

A protest in one state being smaller than another's doesn't magically make the first "insignificant."
no,it doesn't

the NUMBERS make it insignificant

like the numbers in the wiki article, for instance

the wiki article I FIRST POSTED TO PROVE MY POINT

you know,WITH NUMBERS

they show the protests in Florida were insignificant in RAW numbers, compared to the rest of the nation, and, further, that they are insignificant in per capita numbers given Florida is the third most populated state in the nation

So,now that we have established that the NUMBERS of protesters in Florida, both RAW and PER CAPITA make their protests insignificant compared to other states and we have further established that you didn't understand and possibly still don't understand what 'no [fill in the blank] to speak of' means, are you done being wrong about every single thing possible for today?

Anything else you want to be wrong about?

Im here to help,eh?

my statement was entirely accurate,as has been demonstrated
2. I live in NY, and people here have been holding secret parties and crowding into bars (albeit illegally) throughout this crisis... does that mean it's also wrong to blame parties and bars as a driver because we're not seeing the effects here either?
thanks for your meaningless anecdotal evidence about what you feel may be true

guess what?

people in the rest of the nation are the same as people in NY and parties have gone on in every state..............so thats a variable thats THE FUCKING SAME everywhere, thus not a variable

see how that works?

THEREFORE florida has ANOTHER issue

one driving the massive fucking spike

since its not 'parties' as that number of people [proportionally] will be affected in every state due to people being people and its not the 'protests' as NY and Floridas massively different protest numbers show it MUST be something different

like MAYBE the totally different RESPONSES in the two states,eh?

MAYBE that might be an issue?

can you conceive of a universe where actions have consequences and thus different actions in the face of the same challenge MIGHT lead to differing outcomes?

could that MAYBE be a thing?

no?

do I need to explain any of the english words or phrases in this post for you to get it maybe?

Getting slapped around again? "No protests to speak of" means there was protesting. That's been established using your words. Or are there different degrees of protest? If so, what are your parameters of protest? Numbers of persons active within the protest? Are their also degrees of violence and destruction that you find acceptable?
:rofl

yes, dummy, using my own words,my own phrase and the FUCKING NUMBERS I PROVIDED there was,in fact,'protesting'

my entire point was tied up in that fact you utter moron

there were,in fact,protests

and when you look at the NUMBERS INVOLVED [remember, those are the numbers I FUCKING PROVIDED] you can see that there were,in fact,'no protests to speak of' in the state of Florida

so you ALSO have proved yourself unable to use english or understand a very simple concept

a concept one HAS to be able to understand to have a rational discussion about the matter

thus youve proved yourself unable to have a rational, meaningful conversation about this matter

we will add this to the list of things you fail to understand and yet feel the need to express opinions about,OK?

thanks for playing

take yer meds and a nap or you will miss Matlock

this post is even funnier than I gave it credit for originally

jesus fuck yer dumb Joe

yes, there are,in fact 'different degrees' of protest

the way I was rating them,OBVIOUSLY,was by 'Numbers of persons active within the protest'..........raw or per capita...........

if you had been paying attention instead of just lurking like an intellectually cowardly twat waiting to 'like' a post disagreeing with me in any way,no matter what the content, you would have known this

MY POINT WAS SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE FUCKING NUMBERS JOE

thus your parting 'zinger' about 'acceptable levels of violence' seems like an even more deranged non sequitur than you usually provide..........

you have a nice day though,eh?
