"The other thing, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son. That Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney general would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me"Biden's by name? Interesting.
Hmm. Why did he mention Biden? Is it possible that Biden and Burisma have been on the radar for some time? Maybe there is something going on here that we don't know about yet? Quid Pro Quo? Here's your Quid Pro Quo. In your face and you don't see it."The other thing, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son. I mean, that is inappropriate to say the least
Prepare for a eloquent point by point response to this post by Joe E.This thread always seems to go round in circles.... gets hard to follow at times...
So let me get this straight;
Biden pushed Ukraine to get rid of Viktor Shokin the prosecutor in the corruption scandels in Ukraine. A move that was, supported in a bipartisan way from a GOP controlled congress, many of the US' western allies, not because Shokin was looking to hard into the corruption but because he was being to lax about it. The notion Shokin had to go at the time was an official stance of the US state department and US policy or something or other.
There is a conflict of interest as Biden's kid was working on the company who's boss was being investigated.
Trump is claiming Biden pushed ol mate out to protect his kid ? So he holds up aid to the NATO ally who is at war with a NATO and US enemy and sent his own personal lawyer who doesn't hold any official role in the US government to investigate.
Something like that yeh?
If that's on the money or near enough... Sounds like Biden yeh there was some comflict off interest going on there. Maybe Biden should be looked into. But also seems like he was doing his job and was completely supported by the US in doing so.
Also sounds like regardless of what Biden did (which I don't see anyone regardless of Team Trump or not saying wasn't shady) what Trump did is still illegal.
Am I in the same ball park here or just way off?
Yes but of course I am partisan....Perhaps.
To your understanding though, am I in the same ball park of what's going on at least?
