Terrible fight, pointless really. I understood seferi and pianeta given the lay off. But shwarz and ollin? Just comes across as vanity, beating up overmatcjed opponents and showing off with his hands by his waist. I don't think it stands him in good stead for wilder rematch
I dont even blame Fury its Arum hes a greedy cunt trying to have 2 tune up PPV's to make as much money before the Wilder rematch, he knows theres a chance Fury could lose and his stock could go down

These two shit fights are aimed at getting Fury exposure in the US which should bulk-up viewing figures for Wilder 2. It's that simple. Ortiz beating Wilder would be funny though.

Lost momentum? .... nonsense!

ESPN will be showing Fury's mad ring entrances and easy wins against Schwarz and Wallin in the build-up to Wilder 2 along with the first fight with the aim of drawing in casual boxing fans and general sports fans in the US who dont know these guys from adam. This will become apparent when we see PPV numbers for the rematch.

The problem is no one gives a fuck about Fury and Wilder's next fights I highly doubt anyone is tuning in for Fury's fight, getting him 2 unknown opponents and Wilder rematching a guy he already stopped is not the best move for promoting a rematch

What drivel are you on about? Molina may be shit but he went 9 rounds with Wilder! He looked worse against AJ but he's a better fighter. TF never defended his titles once but he keeps fighting complete shite to defend his imaginary "Lineal" title. Molina would spark both Schwartz and Wallin out!

Are you suffering amnesia? AJ then beat Whyte before he got near the title shot and Whyte whether he is a drug cheat or not has gone to reel off some pretty impressive post AJ wins. Beating Martin may have been easy but at least EH was clever enough to stump up the money to get Martin to walk into the Lion's den so AJ could do his thing.

You are clearly so delusional on your Fury love that you can't even remember basic facts!!!

"...and Whyte whether he is a drug cheat or not..."

If he is a drug cheat his performances get * next to them and the Rivas fight NC or L.

I believe he has VADA testing for most/all his recent fights so you can't specifically rule out any other fight considering he only "failed" (even this is still up in the air until we here the details) for the latest one.

IMO they are targeting non-boxing/general sports fans in the US, no fucks are given what the Boxing community think. Arum/Fury have already talked-up Fury as having crossover appeal so taking a hit on a couple of shit PPV's won't be bad promoting if it sucks in viewers for the bigger fight/fights to come.

Either that or they are fucking ESPN over!
