Who do you WANT to win? (Not who do you think WILL win)

  • I want the Fighting Irish to win

  • I want the 209 to represent again

  • I just want a good, action-packed fight like the last one

  • Test to see if I can change the poll?

  • Are these options 4 and 5?

Cris Cyborg now a free agent.

Will Bellator/Rizin or ONE FC pick her up?
 Her behaviour backfired this time. Cyborg was torture but UFC is missing out on talent now. Just a shame we couldn't see Nunes whipe her out again

I sure would have liked to see the rematch. Now who in the fuck is Nunes going to fight who brings any interest? I think Dana shat the bed here big time, but I’m just a casual observer so WTF do I know?

Good insight into Brock Lesnar earnings in the UFC and how they get around "reported earnings"
Fucking hell, UFC is laughably cheap? Pacquiao made 10 million for one fight. Lesnar makes less than that for 3 years (not sure how many fights), and it's controversial? Honestly, Lesnar is a huge star. I'm a bit awed that he was making so little money relative to his star status.

He gets paid like $350K per WWE RAW episodes just to hop around and look intimidating while Heyman cuts his promos

I wonder how much the UFC wanted to pay Lesnar for his return where the negotiations fell. Here I thought Lesnar might've gotten greedy, but they pay him laughable money compared to boxing. I'd imagine Lesnar would be making way, way more if he went into boxing. Guy is a big star and brings asses to seats.

Hate all you want, but Colby is damned good. I appreciate his hustle in the cage too. He babbles all his shit, then goes out there and gets right in his opponent's face and sets a pace that they can't keep up with. Good solid chin on him too.

Easy work. When there's a train coming, if that's the Trump train or the Colby train, get off the tracks junior.

It wasn't better than what he's making with Vince, that's for sure

Even if it was, let's say 50K better, totally not fucking worth it. I was thinking he was getting at least 1 million per fight or something.
Dana isn't bring Bork or Conor back because of the ESPN+ deal, which is basically like the WWE Network where if a PPV bombs, it doesn't matter because...

So when a superstar of Bork's caliber asks for a raise, Dana can tell him no because they make a similar amount of money with some scrub headlining as opposed to a Jon Jones main eventing

Too bad UFC has no solid competitors. They can't do that in boxing because another promoter/network would scoop up a highly sought fighter. Canelo got his ridiculous deal because he'd easily get something similar from Top Rank or PBC.

That article said Lesnar was making a 2 million base salary for every fight he entered as champion.

It says nothing about ppv percentages which would equal many millions more.

Oh, I only read a 750,000 per fight. I didn't read the non-champion stipulation.

Yup.

The article doesn't detail exactly what his PPV points arrangement was either. Which is a significant part of his pay. All it says is that the documents show that he earned somewhere north of $2 million for UFC100. How far north, nobody outside of the room knows. But it wouldn't be at all shocking if PPV points and sales incentives doubled that or more. There's a reason he went back to the cage multiple times when Vince was paying him $250k just to show up for one night on RAW.
