Who do you WANT to win? (Not who do you think WILL win)

  • I want the Fighting Irish to win

  • I want the 209 to represent again

  • I just want a good, action-packed fight like the last one

  • Test to see if I can change the poll?

  • Are these options 4 and 5?

There’s plenty of runs better than McGregor’s, I’m just saying that fight was a massive highlight for me.
McGregor's run in the UFC from day 1 up to the Alvarez fight was the pinnacle of the UFC in my opinion.

It also coincided with other great fights in other divisions.

I think people will look back at the UFC from 2013-2016 as a golden era for various reasons, one of which will be McGregor.

Yeah, I’d agree with that. He was a great character for a few years.

I thought Shogun won 2-1 too but man I hope he retires as he looked awful that's the worst I've seen him look it was like he was in slow motion, even a few years ago he would smashed Craig. :sad
I saw someone on twitter comment that "it's not fair that Shogun has to fight underwater while Craig is allowed to stand on dry land."

Ben Askren has retired, he says he needs a hip replacement. I’m a bit disappointed really, loved his personality and thought he would back up a lot of his smack talk.

I don't know if any of you have been following the situation with MMA fighter Walt Harris' daughter (well, stepdaughter), but she went missing a few weeks back in Auburn, Alabama after meeting some guy on a dating app. The police ended up arresting one guy in relation to her disappearance, but don't think he was acting alone. Anyway, for weeks nobody knew what happened but hoped for the worst as they apparently found blood in a car which belonged to her. It seems that now they've found skeletal remains who they think is Walt's daughter. Devastating news.

There's a whole megathread on Sherdog that has been following the story for those interested:

Is that the person Dana white has been posting about on instagram?

Was wondering what that was all about.
