Not the craziest thing I have ever heard. Mankind has virtually out-grown the 200 pound limit.

This is stupid because now heavyweights would start draining 20lbs to make the weight, Joshua might be able to make 225 if he drained hardcore but Fury would never make it, Wilder could make it but if Joshua drained he would still have a 20lbs weight advantage on Wilder

+1 - what's the issue at the moment anyway? 225lbs fighters with solid fundamentals can do well. 16 stone is a good weight for the right heavyweight. Weight is fighter depending. Wilder was terrible with the extra muscle because of his style, Fury was better with the extra timber. Boxing isn't a bodybuilding model contest.

The last thing I want is out of camp cruiserweights and lower level heavyweights polluting a sub-division. Most cruisers enter the ring at 15 stone ish anyway. I don't believe we need a new class, but surely the 25 lbs between LHW and Cruiser is more logical? I believe both divisions are working well though.
