^ just recently. I think they were trying to make LHW happen, and couldn't get the top guys on board.

CW II works for me, though. Esp since Tabiti is in. That's obviously a huge deal in terms of creating new USA fans. The guy even has a (small) chance to take it, IMO.

Taylor v Martin and Burnett v Donaire double header at the Glasgow Hydro on 3rd November. Should be a great card!

Are where any updates on the Cruiseweight semis or the Donaire v Tete bantamweight semi any news would be welcome
The semi's were originally slated for Feb/March, but the tournament came into some trouble when a couple of the investors stalled on their payments. Everything seems to be on track again now though, but it'll be April/May now.

Each weight will feature both semi's on the same card, the only one that's fairly secure is the 140's. Taylor vs Baranchyk for the IBF and Prograis vs Relikh for the WBA will land in Scotland in May.

I think they're still sorting the others. With Inoue vs Rodriguez and Tete vs Donaire, that may well land in Asia, as both the Filipino and Japanese people would both buy into that card. Then the Cruisers are an obvious match for Eastern Europe. But they may want to take one of their cards to the US, which would be a struggle as their arn't many names that can effectively sell into the US market.

No set date yet. Briedis did vacate his WBO belt to avoid any mandatory commitments, so it should hopefully happen by March or April.

Kalle has all but ruled out heavyweight. Too much cash. Also ruled out another Cruiser tourney.

He has recently been talking up Fly, Superfly, Middle, Supermiddle, and a women's division.

He tends to keep his cards close to his chest though.

Personally I would like to see Lightheavy, Feather, and Superfly.

Obviously Heavy, Welter, and Lightweight would be good. But I don't see any of those happening.

I don't think Heavy would be that hard to do if you keep it in the minor leagues. Something like what Boxcino did where they put up journeymen and prospects. Surprised he thinks he can pull of a featherweight, though. 130 would probably be the best, though: Frampton, Santa Cruz, Valdez, Berchelt, Farmer, Diaz, Alvarado, Machado, Gonzalez, etc. A lot of names there currently.

I Haven’t heard him mention Feather, it's just one that I personally would like to see.

Anyone know the rough dates for the new season?

I know Kalle mentioned they were thinking of changing the time frame, but I haven't heard any dates.

Not too sure feather is really strong anymore. I feel like a lot of fighters have moved up or will move up. I can't see GRJ staying at FW much longer since he was complaining about making weight since the Lomachenko fight.

Looking at the rankings, maybe I was wrong. You can probably do a FW tournament for cheap if you don't include GRJ. Gallahad, Warrington, Xu, Ramirez, Magsayo, Stevenson, Conlan, etc. The fighters at 130 would probably be hell, though.
