I'm looking forward to lose 8 pounds this month. Need suggestions on workout techniques that will help me.

Lifting weights
Intermittent fasting
Low carbs
Should take less than a week imo

12pm (post-workout) / 2.30pm / 5pm / 8pm (post-workout) are my eating times...
