What´s the most efficient type of trainning to improve faster ?

Sparring ?

Pad work ?

If you had to pick one....

My coach makes us do a lot of sparring, most of the sparring is not 100% though. I train 3 to 4 times a week, and at least two days are sparring days... 1 day for pad work and another day for heavybag..

Drills, which is often neglected. Just jabs, just defense, only body, only straighten etc. THEN put it together in sparring
