What next for Frankie Gavin?

Although he's a talent I think there is an element of Frank still being reluctant to invest in Frankie like he has done with Billie Joe or Cleverly. He's not go the profile you'd normally expect given his ability and big home base of potential support (Birmingham).

Gavin should just continue on the traditional route - he's stated he'd like to win the Lonsdale outright and after that he can move onto the European. I think the more he continues on the good run he's built the less Warren will be concerned about the personal shit getting in the way and more amenable to getting an opponent over here for a big fight.

Senchenko would be good, Gavin would beat him handily.

Frankie said he wants the British outright and his next fight will be a voluntary.

Four steps behind you.....
After his masterclass last weekend, who would you like to see him fight next?

Anyone in Britain would be a step down, so I wouldn't mind a Senchenko bout. Easy sell, and straight forward fight.

How about Abregu? Or a Jessie Vargas?
Senchenko is from a very rich family in Ukraine, warren aint got the money to bring him over. Vargas is on Bradley/marquez card, abregu will probably be on a hbo card round bout sep/oct. Maybe that Canadian kevin bizier who stopped Campbell on espn, hes got a decent ranking and a its a solid fight

Theophane or Hatton would be good steps and then get a European title fight before the year is out.

There is zero chance that Senchenko would come over for Gavin he demands serious money.

For me I'd like him to win the British outright against Lee Purdy

Put him in with Matthew Hatton, bill it as the winner gets to avenge big bro's loss against Senchenko.

Could fight that Ricky Godding who drew with Jackiewicz. Taking someone's 0 is always satifying...
