fuck off with that shit
why would he have to go to hearn ?
Because at this moment in time he is the best promoter to be with. He will fight regularly, get exposure and be built up in Birmingham.

Didn't get a chance to see the Gavin fight at the weekend but from what I hear it was a pretty solid performance. I'm glad he seems to be living up to his promise a bit more lately. He has bags of potential but has kinda fallen by the wayside with some lacklustre performances.

I'd like to see him in with the likes of Hatton and Purdy before stepping up to face some or the European bunch. Senchenko a little down the line makes sense. Whatever happens, I would like to see him out again soon and keep fighting regularly.

Absolutely no value in changing promoter. Warren has gotten Frankie into the number 1 position in Europe in 16 fights, as well as British and commonwealth titles.
Also took 5 years and hes got no profile and hasnt headlined a bill in an arena. Also he is ranked No.6 by the EBU and thers serveral European Welterweights ahead of him. Brook, Bundu, Senchenko all ahead of him.

A lot of those aren't going to fight for the European, Brook especially.

I can't see Hatton being made, he's not going to be an opponent for Allegedly, is he?

An actual show in Birmingham would be nice. I appreciate it might be hard to sell the NIA or LG but the O2 Academy might be viable?

Gavin and a Yafai title fight on the same card? No chance.

Bloody annoying that the best 2 Brummies around now (excluding Macklin) are with Frank and Eddie.

Gavin is a free agent.
Serves me right for not reading the rest of the thread.

Purely from a selfish point a view then I hope he signs with Eddie. Then we might finally get a decent card here based round him and Kal. Although I will have to bring a polaroid of him in his Man U shirt to show to all the Bluenoses I see.

I think Macklin coming home is probably wishful thinking even after the other night but you never know. Has he or DiBella mentioned the possibility?

Where else does Macklin go?
