I rarely if ever snack but trying to hit certain macros I find myself having a tortilla wrap with peanut butter and jam in it. Rolled up and in the microwave for 20 seconds.

10/10 snacking.

Obvs i'd love to snack on crisps and chocolate and biscuits and cakes and all that good stuff but I don't want to be a vile fat fuck.

Things like nuts offer a poor calorie to satisfaction ration. A small handful being easily 400 cals for not a lot of food.

I do like yogurts too.

What you snacking on?

Totally reminded me of:

Now in terms of snacks, I normally haven't snacked for most of my life but I've totally gotten into Oikos greek yogurt mixed with crunchy Grape Nuts cereal recently. Perfect blend of sweet, super soft, super crispy and crunchy and it's virtually no fat, no sugars, no calories, no nothing but soft and crunchy goodness. I don't eat any type of candy, cake, pies or sweets so this does it for me.

Hummus. I usually reach for Hummus or Yogurt/Cottage Cheese, just because you can combine them with all kinds of thing so it's never bland.

I was a chronic snacker not that long ago. But a bit of willpower the past few months and I have parted with a few kilograms I am happy to be without.

On topic though, the usual fare includes maltesers, fruit & nut, olives - fucking love olives!!

Honey Nut Cheerios.
Chocolate chip granola bars.
Mangos and tangerines.

Just picked up some mascarpone cheese, probably get at that over the weekend.

Just had a live yoghurt to help my shitty stomach. Seems to have helped since I started.

if you are already buying the healthy versions of peanut butter, jam and yogurts then you can do so for any type of snack. if not those things are full of sugar and preservatives anyway.
