standard yogurts and peanutbutter aint very healthy, full of sugar and preservatives.
but you are intelligent and post about fitness stuff, so i am sure you know that already, and are buying healthy yogurts/peanut butter ect.
you can also get healthy chocolate and crisps.

Ahhh...ok, i understand. I genuinely didn;t know what you mean.

Aye, yogurts especially can be loaded with sugar. efinitely best to stick with either greek yoghurt or the northern European ones like Skyr or even quork (which is technically a cheese but eats just like a yogurt).

I'd be interested to learn more about these healthy crisps and chocolates, man. Obvs dark chocolate is better for you but healthy crisps? I'm a bit hard at the thought.

no worries, i badly write a lot of shit.

i think the best way to use dark chocolate is grated (i put it on a banana quite often). to go further you can get various types of diabetic chocolate, basically dark chocolate but with sweetener instead of sugar.

plantain crisps, especially part baked, are a lot better than potato. i really like them but i know not everyone does. there are hummus things but i never tried them.

There's this fast food/burger joint place here and their equivalent to a mcFlurry is a Cement Mixer. It's frozen custard and the chocolate peanut buttercup is pure spunk uppable stuff.

700 cals per cup though. I could get a small for $3.49 but the medium is twice the size for $3.99 so I can't really get the small, can I? Want one bad tonight.

I'm an unsophisticated American so I snack on fast food and Mexican plates for the most part. From the fridge? Quesadillas, deli meat, pepperoni, wrapped in string cheese, canned clam chowder :patsch

Some homemade beef jerky that I smoked last Saturday. Smoking 10 lbs. of pork bellies for bacon tomorrow. They have been curing for a week in my marinate mixture of salt, pepper and brown sugar.

Right now it's coffee and a twix, a favourite snack that is seriously filling too is the dried smoked beer wieners fucking love that stuff, if on the move and need some quick energy I like the bags with salted nuts and dried fruit mixes.

I need to get in on this I knew a guy who also made his own. I was lucky enough to have been given deer jerky by an old man a few years back (deer meat and jerky can't be sold in Colorado only given out). The jerky was literally red, tasted like blood, but blood never tasted so good. I loved it.
