Left last September bro, looking like I’m here for good unless missus decides she wants to stay in Scotland(she’s Ozzie/Malaysian), so basically working ass off right now so we have the finance to cover visas in either country.

Sydney’s overrated to fuck though, bring on Melbourne.

Chicken, bacon avocado tacos with real homemade Mexican tomatillo salsa and crema (made by a real Mexican, me). Going to look much like this:



I really like me some authentic Mexican food and not that crap fast food places toss out to the public. My wife and I went to Galveston, Texas a few years ago and we had some great Mexican food at some of the restaurants in that town that were owned by local Mexicans and it was way better than anything we got in New Orleans-----and that is understandable.

Well that sounds nice. Naturally out of sympathy I won't regale you about my life in Dundee as I'm sure you would be extremely jealous.

I'll be watching the PDC Premier League darts later today to see who gets in and who's eliminated from this years finals coming up. As for as food for tonight, I've already hit the freezer and pulled out 2 quart bags of homemade meatballs with my own homemade Italian sausage cooked down in a very rich red gravy that will be ladled over a bed of pasta and topped off with Parmesan cheese.

I'll also make a nice salad of Romaine lettuce, tomato, celery, carrots, Swiss Chard, tomatoes, salad olives, some green onions and parsley sliced thin. I have several dressings to use, but for this salad, my favorite is a simple olive oil, vinegar, Parmesan cheese and a bit of salt and pepper and topped of with homemade croutons.

Had some Not Dogs with mushy peas last nights. No buns or shit like that. Just the Not Dogs on a bed of mushy peas.

Saved my carbs for crisps and dip afterwards.

Have some green and red peppers and onion cut up will throw some pasta sauce in there and a chicken breast and loads of pasta. I'm going to get my diet back on track. It's part of making me the best version of me I can be.
