Who are some athletes 22 years old or younger who you are calling to be future ATGs, HOFers?

For instance, basketball fans - do you call this Zion Williamson kid to be the next Chosen One?

Any Premier League players who you can see driving successful World Cup campaigns eight years from now?

College football guys who have pro level success written all over them?

Which young kid are you looking forward to seeing become a great?

Too hard to predict in terms of WC. There's a lot of very promising English youth, from Phil Foden at City to Jadon Sancho at Dortmund. Kylian Mbappe has already won a WC, and he's only 20. I don't see the next Messi or Ronaldo anywhere yet, but then again Ronaldo at 18 did not look like he would become the Ronaldo he did.

In MMA, Aaron Pico looks a dead cert to be an ATG.

Ryan Garcia is 20. 17-17-0 (14) Super-Featherweight.
Same was being thought of about Valero=====until he offed his wife and then committed suicide.

I've seen a lot of "hot young prospects" go by the wayside real quick over the years, so I'm reluctant to hang ATG, HOF potential on youngsters.

In the NFL alone I can probably come up with a bunch of names of players taken high in the draft after stellar college careers, only to flop badly in the NFL.

The most recent being Johnny Manziel who was the Heisman Trophy Winner and went on to wreck any chance of a career in the NFL with his stupid, childlike behavior once he got that cash in hand. Hell, even his own dad once said he'd likely not see 30 the way he was living.

Remember Danny Wuerffell of Florida back in the day being touted as an ATG and then got drafted to NOS and did absolutely nothing?

Gordon Ryan’s 23, but I’m saying he’ll have a UFC title within 5 years.

Nicky Ryan’s only 17 or something and he’s smashing people who have been BJJ black belts for 10+ years, so he’ll be either an MMA or a grappling superstar by his early/mid-20s.

Bit of a left field prediction but Diogo Dalot, the young RB for Man U will become the best RB in the world.

No idea what his stand-up is like though man.

Dillon Danis is a phenomenal grappler, but Dog shit in the stand-up.

Zion Williamson? Hell no...he looks like a great talent, and is a freak athlete but there's still lots of holes in his game. Even on the same college team RJ Barrett has an equal chance. Certainly not the next chosen one, he's no LeBron. There were better prospects in last years draft, ie. Luka Doncic.

In rugby, Jacob Stockdale is 22 right now:

and is already a Six Nations champion, as well as the joint record try scorer in six nations history (most for Ireland). He is scoring and playing at a ridiculously high level for his age, if he keeps up anything like his current pace he will go down as one of the best wingers of all time.

Theres something about garcia that makes me think he is soft. I have no basis for this opinion, it's just a gut feeling. He has all the skills, the talent and the backing, but I have this bad feeling that when the going gets tough he may fade mentally and physically.

Hopefully I'm wrong.

He's about the only player who's highlights I have been watching this year in the NFL, love running backs.
When you watch him, just remember how fucking terrible that O line is and how 1 dimensional and predictable his QB is these days.

No serious injuries and he will be a lock HOF'er

Oh you can tell

Half the clips I see he is having to break tackles behind the line of scrimmage
