I'm personally looking forward to Sanders trying to explain him staggering into the Rose Garden in his underwear.

But really I have a good buddy that's a mental health professional that has money on it coming out in the next 4-5 years that Trump has entered the severe stages of dementia. His father ended his life with it and Donny is showing symptoms.
Which symptoms, do you reckon? I'm not familiar enough with it to even point at anything in particular. I have seen a few gifs where he shuffles around looking confused, that's about it.

Its the tangents, the less coherent tirades, the insane lying about easily verified facts. I would have to actually track down the list, but I'll put it the way doctor's assess people when they meet. His thoughts are not linear or goal oriented. His speech is worsening, he's misusing words; and a symptom of dementia is phonemic paraphrasia. Another sign is his gait. He walks with his arms pinned to his sides; one of the things that can begin to degrade in dementia is motor control and balance.

Hasn't he always talked like that though? I mean you could argue he is mildly more articulate here, but to me has always talked in the manner you describe.

Pathological liar. Obviously suffering from dementia. I say we subpoena his medical records and investigate.

Great post. Trump's talking now as he's always done.

There's a massive difference between the way Trump talks and acts and someone with onset dementia.

That's cool. Maybe he'll get the nomination a year and change from now.

In April 2007, Hillary was ahead by miles.

In April 2003, the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination was Joe Lieberman.

I have a bad feeling Buttigieg might snatch the nomination. He seems to be gaining momentum. Sanders and Biden might be too old at this point whereas Pete is a relatively new face and he is giving the illusion that he is a "different" type of Democrat despite really being just another corporate candidate.

I hope Dem voters remember 2016 and are able to draw the comparison between Biden and Hillary. Both are corporate candidates. Both have too much baggage. Biden lose to Trump because Trump gives off the impression he is a populist would shift to the left of Biden on trade and foreign policy, as he did with Hillary.

God, I can really only stomach Sanders or Gabbard as the nominee. Yang is also decent. Anyone else is a terrible candidate, big time.

I’d like to see what Tulsi’s rating is after the first 2 debates. This poll doesn’t mean shit to me right now.
I'm waiting to see the mess the Democrat's debates turn out to be. Should be entertaining. With everyone trying to out Sanders Sanders, and out Buttkrieg Buttkrieg.

I know you will, and I know you're going to be at that debate in person in the D and hopefully you will be a Tulsi convert.

As for me, I'm sort of with you. I'm rooting for certain candidates to make asses out of themselves enough, like Gillibrand and Beto, so their campaigns can end as soon as possible. I'm also rooting for Liz to fall.

Also, as far as Buttieg, all jokes aside, unlike Haggis, I'm rooting for Buttieg to lose, but I actually don't have any ill will towards him so hopefully when he loses in the primary, whenever it is, it won't be in a bad humiliating type of way.

I'm also sure there will be enough comedy there because regardless of party, someone always makes an entertaining ass out of themselves. I've always said before that primary debates are actually more entertaining the general election debates.

Really don't like Biden. An old rich corporatist white male WILL NOT beat Trump. This will be ugly if Biden is the nominee.
I kind of disagree. I think Biden will be the only one who has a chance of beating Trump. Old people do not like Bernie Sanders, that's a fact. Elisabeth Warren is so far left and looks like she has resting bitch face, nobody likes that. Nobody wants an angry screaming black woman running the country demanding reparations for herself, nobody. Nobody wants a white guy who looks, walks and talks like a total white guy but has 2.2% hispanic DNA and goes by the name of "Beto" and touts his latinoness to be president. Old white man Biden was to Obama what Robin was to Batman. He'd win most of the black and latino vote. And a lot of white people like him too. I believe he's Dems only hope.

A lot of people don't want to admit this, and I'm trying to avoid saying anything positive about Biden even though I don't think he's the worst dem running, I'd rather see someone else get the nomination but....

Biden does have his positives in a general election as you mentioned. He also would have beaten Trump in 2016, especially since Hated Hag Hillary almost beat him, and Biden can debate his ass off. Let's not forget that Biden completely fucked up Paul Ryan in the famous "laughing debate" of 2012....

He can do his share of shit talking, probably not as good as Trump, but he can definitely hold his own in that department during the nasty parts of a campaign.
